- Reviews:I was referred to the Brow Spa by the idiots at Deka Lash because they couldn’t get the job done correctly as I payed for a certain service but they took it upon themselves to do whatever they wanted to do. And I am SOOOO glad they directed me to the Brow Spa!! When I went for the first time, I felt so welcomed by everyone who worked there! They all really know how to connect with their customers, and they absolutely know their stuff! They worked with me and did their best to correct what Deka Lash messed up. And they did an excellent job! I told them I was going on vacation the next day for a week, and they definitely understood the assignment 100%. So as soon as I got back from vacation. I headed straight to the Brow Spa again. And because I’m very new to this, of course I made a lot of mistakes, but they taught me how to take care of my lashes and brows. And even when I messed them up & had to go back to get them fixed, they were very gracious and helpful without a problem! I am a huge fan of the Brow Bar and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone – women and men! I only went because where I get my eyebrows done at was closed. She didn’t allow me to see my eyes before she tinted them with Hindu tint. She stated that it was supposed to stay for a month and it didn’t a week after I got them down the tint started to rub off and I was able to see my actual brows in which she threaded the hell of them. But what’s so crazy that I paid extra for the tint and when I went to pay she stood there to see if I was going to tip her. - Reviews:I want to give a huge shout-out to Linda. I’ve had a couple of laser hair treatments, but my appointment with her was one of the best. She was so nice!! She walked me through every step of the treatment, but also went very quickly (which I am very thankful for). She taught me how to breathe through the painful parts, and gave me some tips on how to make the next appointment even less painful. After getting a treatment that didn’t really vibe with my skin I reached back out to Anna who was quick to respond to my concerns and also with a solution. I received a VI Peel which I absolutely love. My skin feels incredible and I highly recommend. **My nurse injector was Heather and she was so informative about what I was getting done. She went over my concerns, what my expectations were, and my options. I felt safe and comfortable in her hands. I am so pleased with my results. We agreed to go with the Restylane Lyft as the best option for what I wanted to achieve and with their membership program I saved some money! I live an hour and a half away but these ladies are worth the drive as they know exactly what they’re doing and their business is gorgeous (and clean!!).
Heather is perfection! She always listens & thoroughly talks me through each treatment & options. She is so gentle & takes her time. I always have the best experience & leave feeling spectacular! Every staff member I encounter is so friendly & welcoming. I drive an hour & a half for my appts but it’s worth the long drive for their excellence & expertise! I would HIGHLY recommend Metro MedSpa to anyone looking for quality care & treatment!
Claire is the best injector ever. She moved from a different facility to this location and I had to follow her!! ❤️❤️❤️ I’ve been going to her for a year and a half now to build my lips up and I refuse to go to anyone else.
It is way cheaper here and she always listens to my concerns and what I want executed, while giving me her honest opinion about whether or not it look good.
This facility is extremely clean and the ladies up front are so nice and friendly. Very, very easy to talk to! It’s like talking to your girlfriends. The service is so fast and the entire process is extremely easy to get in and out.
This is honestly my new favorite place because of how fully staffed they are, how nice they are, how informative they are, etc.
10000/10, I definitely highly recommend this place!
I saw Kenzie for my injectable’s and she was incredible! I can’t wait to see the full results since Botox takes a minute to see fully. She was so personable and very educated. I will definitely be back! The front desk was very accommodating & it’s so clean and cute up front!
