  1. I have been so happy going to Spa Trouve! Jacie has done nearly all of my treatments and I would HIGHLY recommend her. She makes sure everything is always feeling okay but adjusts the settings accordingly to make sure I experience maximum hair reduction. She is also just a kind person in general. She is friendly and talkative when you want to be, but also has no problem letting you be there in silence if you aren’t feeling super talkative without making it feel awkward. Because she has a lot of practice, she also is very time efficient. I have been going in for full legs, Brazilian, AND underarms and always manages to get it all done in less than an hour. SUPER happy I found her!!!

  3. I have done multiple coolsculpting treatments with Amanda. She is AMAZING at what she does! She walked me through the entire process and explained what I should expect very thoroughly so there wasn’t any surprises. She is friendly, professional and very attentive. During my visits we talked about other areas I want to improve and she always recommended other treatments at Spa Trouve. Honestly, she is the reason I go to Spa Trouve for all my medspa needs. I couldn’t be happier with the results I have gotten from ALL of my treatments from Spa Trouve. I highly recommend scheduling with Amanda!

  4. I loved coming to Spa Trouvé. I love how the manager and the staff treat me. They are kind, understanding, and very understanding towards me and my skin concerns. I have done different treatments and they are willing to work with me and they are flexible. They know me by name and they go the extra mile to understand my skin concerns and my needs. I love coming here and I would recommend this place to everyone.

    I love my eye doctor! Dr. Andrew Smith is a generous and caring man who always has time for questions, always explains everything thoroughly, and always makes time to chat about how I’m doing in other aspects of life. I feel very well taken care of by him and all the other staff from the minute I walk in the front door. Previously, I had the same optometrist for over a decade, and when she retired recently, I was worried about finding another one as great as her; but I certainly lucked out to have found Dr. Smith. Last year, I called to schedule my annual eye exam and briefly mentioned that I needed an early appointment because I had a job interview later that morning. The medical assistant and Dr. Smith asked about my interview during the appointment, and were so kind and encouraging. When I left the office, the receptionist surprised me with a huge cinnamon roll with a “good luck” note attached. I was blown away by such superb customer service, and so personally touched, especially since I mentioned it so casually the week before, but they took note and went out of their way to show that they cared. Plus, the newly remodeled office is gorgeous! Absolutely pristine and welcoming.

    We Love the staff here. They are so fun and personable. Dr. Smith is great. He always explains everything to us. We always feel like FAMILY when we come in. And I am so Happy with my new PRADA sun glasses. I feel like a million BUCKS!

    The staff was very kind and accommodating. I was lucky enough to meet both Dr. Smith and Dr. Lewis who were both so nice. Dr. Smith took care of my exam and was very personable as well as knowledgeable. I felt like I was in very good hands. I was greeted by Ally at the front desk who was also a very friendly member of the staff. Quincy helped me from when I left the front desk and all the way through my exam. She took great care of me, helped me get my contacts in and out, and answered all my questions. Great clinic to go to!

    I have been going to see Dr. Lewis since I was a little girl! He has been so wonderful to work with! I love his staff! I just had my yearly exam and got to get some new frames! I was the last appointment of the day and it put them past closing. Quincy helped me pick out two spunky amazing glasses. Both Tracie and Quincy helped me price them out and order them! They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of! I would recommend this place to any!

    I’ve been going to Dr Lewis for years and trust him completely with my eye care. I have complicated problems that he’s helped me navigate well. If you need glasses, Quincy and Tracy are amazing at helping choose frames. They are the best kind of honest—they’ll tell you if it looks good or not. Their great sense of style and what fits with coloring and face shapes (and willingness to spend extra time with me) helped me leave with glasses I love instead of just like.

    Took 3 visits but my bad microblading is gone. It went from Black, to Salmon, To Yellow to gone. It was worth the cost, April made sure I was comfortable. Procedure is very fast. Super happy with Aesthetica!
