As soon as you enter the very nice lady sitting at the front desk greets you and makes you feel very welcome. The nurse I believe her name was Stephanie, explained everything thoroughly and was very attentive to all my questions. I will definitely be recommending to all others and be a returning client.

She took her time to hear my concerns and desired results and used her expertise to build a plan-including consulting the owner for her opinion when needed. Her bedside manner is unparalleled and the entire staff is welcoming and kind. I can’t wait to go back and continue to receive her services!

  4. I have been going to Laci for microblading (giving my naturally thin, blonde, non existent eyebrows a nice look). She’s amazing at what she does and she makes you feel comfortable. She makes sure you agree on a nice shape, she gets a color that matches you perfectly and she’s so kind throughout the whole service. If you’re in need of eyebrows, go see Laci!! Very talented, knowledgeable and patient with any questions you might have!

    The entire staff is beyond remarkable. They are smiling, as well as very welcoming.

    Provider Robin is awesome! Very professional and also quick— I was done before I knew it! I got a very good session. I’ve also always had positive experiences with Amy for purchases and help since I first started in 2012. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed in the new scheduling system in that a long time client can not see hardly at all in advance for appointments online. Also very disappointed and frustrated with the new pricing. Costs nearly doubled from my previous session in December. My max top cost was $140 and moving forward it will be $250 which is outrageous! That’s not putting clients first at all, especially long term clients. Both my daughters also are clients, but if I knew the way things were trending I’d not have suggested they join. They are both constantly frustrated by scheduling and now the price. They were sold lifetime guarantees, only for prices to immediately escalate at an inappropriate rate. Corporate needs to reevaluate the schedule system and the new pricing.

    Sierra was amazing! If you had any fears or reservations, she will take the time to answer any questions you have. She is the utmost of professional, kind and very good at her craft! I highly recommend her and I am not someone who trusts just anyone to alter my face 🙂

    DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. This place is the worst to go. They charge $50 if you need to reschedule, the customer service 800 line is rude. They schedule my touch up for $75.00. The day when I went there they charged me $159. Like what? And they said they emailed me the DAY before about the price change. They are losing lots of customers because of the way they do business. They say you need to come back every6-8 weeks for laser treatment but they don’t have enough staff working so you can really only book every 3 months. And then your contract time runs out and they couldn’t care less. I will never refer them to anyone. The staff is friendly. The problem are the insane policies, the difficulty in scheduling, the crazy last minute price increases. They should have called me and said, the price changed, do you still want to come? Even then, they would charge me a $50 dollar if I did not want to come. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS FOR YOUR LASER TREATMENT. I FEEL ABUSED AND ROBBED!

    The nurse really took her time and didn’t rush through the procedure! I really appreciated how she looked back and did a careful examination throughout the laser hair removal process. The Stamford location, for the most part, felt rushed and not as thorough. I GREATLY enjoyed my time at the North Haven office and truly felt taken care of.

    I was greeted very promptly and courteously. The woman who dis my laser hair removal was kind and patient and had a very nice personality. I had to travel from an hour away. The wonderful service made it worth the trip.

    They get the job done very well here! She always does my eyebrows very well consistently, and love the way she shapes them :). I did go in 3 weeks ago, and they couldn’t take card for a little bit, but there is an atm nearby that I walked to to get the cash. It is fixed now. I’m happy that there is a convenient place here that I can depend on to get my eyebrows threaded while I am here for the next few years.

    They used to be very very good and skilled but the quality has decreased. There is only one person who works here and perhaps she is overworked or bored. She used to be excellent but lately she has made my eyebrows too thin and always comments that I have “too much hair” or have not gotten my brows done in a long time (hence maybe implying that she has more work to do?). People I know who’ve been to this place have had the same experience.

    I’ve been going to this place since the Covid restrictions were lifted. Sarala is excellent at her job and very nice. I started with getting my eyebrows waxed but then decided to try the threading and now I get them threaded all the time. It’s less irritating for my skin and lasts longer. Love this place.

    First time I came here, the lady was super nice and said she didn’t mind waxing my brows and to come in whenever and she’ll do it. But last few times I’ve been here, she’s been so rude and could careless about doing a great job, she left so many random hairs around my eyebrows! If I’m already over paying ($16!!) for my brows to be waxed, at least have the courtesy to try do a decent job instead of giving your customers attitude and nasty looks. Never coming back here again. She can continue to watch her videos on her phone all day with that rude attitude. Avoid this place unless you enjoy a rude and unwelcoming environment!
