The wait was short, the receptionist was pleasant. The intake was well-organized and typed directly into a computer. The doctor came in almost immediately afterward, provided his diagnosis, explained it clearly, using words and pictures of the condition. He made sure that I understood what to do, and then he discussed my prescription.
I felt heard, and I felt well cared for.
I had a great experience at my visit. I’m a new patient and had already heard great things about this clinic and definitely agree that they’re doing things right! They’re busy but very punctual. I arrived at 9:30 for a 9:45 appt with paperwork filled out online prior. I was called back at 9:35 and the doctor was in my room at 9:45. I was gone by 10:15 and felt very seen and heard with all my questions answered.
I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and professionally serviced by the doctor and nurse. The wait time was very short. The doctor had reviewed the referring doctor’s notes and my registration papers, and she questioned me. This made me feel that she was determine to fine out my problem. Her bedside manners are great too. The nurse also exhibited great qualities. Yes, I will refer others to Levy Dermatology.
