Very clean environment. I never have to wait a long time for my appointment even when I arrive early. The staff are very welcoming and professional. I’m Black and Latinx so I’m very hairy; the laser slowed down the growth of my stubborn underarm hair. I have a few sessions left and I can already tell that my hair will gone completely. The hair removal is a bit on the pricey side but signed up with a finance company through Milan. The finance company I use is very understanding and makes payments easy and did I mention there is no interest.
You’re just a sale at this location. Customer service at this location is severely lacking. There have been numerous times I’ve been ignored when I walked in for them to stare at me and continue to dial a sales call instead of greeting me. They also call me nearly daily to sell me another package. Maybe spam call people less, and treat them better when they’re in front of you and you would get more sales. Also, there have been multiple times they will text me to confirm my appointment with the wrong time. This last time was the last straw though. They asked me to switch my appointment so I did. I was six minutes late because they needed to switch me to an early appointment when I work nights. Half hour drive each way just to be turned away when they switched my appointment to begin with. Thousands of dollars per area and this is the treatment you get. I’ll be going to a different location from now on.
Milan Laser is the best of the best for laser hair removal! I previously got “laser hair reduction” treatments at a spa and they did not work. Since starting my treatments at Milan, the hair grows back finer and I’ve noticed less hair growth after each treatment. They offer great deals, personalized packages, & the staff is extremely friendly. I had my treatment today with Faith at the Grand Blanc location & she was amazing! They also offer a life time guarantee for the areas you’ve had treated if you have new hair growth. If you’re looking for laser hair removal I highly recommend Milan. I will definitely get more areas in the future!
Everyone in the office is so incredibly nice and welcoming each time we come in. The process has been amazing and I can’t be more thrilled I found this place! Highly recommend!
