  1. This place is great, coming from someone who can’t stand medical places. I’ve talked with multiple receptionists, and each time they are perfectly pleasant and notably efficient compared to other doctors offices (and they don’t make insurance/payment painful like other places). Doctor/nurse both communicate clearly. They gave me an accurate diagnosis and treatment the first time (after two other doctors failed) and my skin is revived!

  2. I got a referral to this clinic from Fort Bragg. The lady on the phone spoke so fast and I didn’t even know which clinic she worked for. I’ve never had to bring my social security card to a doctors appointment, but they said they required it at their clinic which is really strange and makes me uncomfortable carrying it around. I’m also concerned how long it will take to be seen. My appointment is 2 months away… I thought referrals were supposed to be sooner than what it would take to be seen on post. Hopefully this visit is worth it.

  3. I’m going there now over 3 years, might be even more, but I was never ever disappointed. The staff is very nice and helps with every problem. Dr. Polley is the best and I’m very glad to be his patient.

  4. I’ve never came across a clinic that has done this, except through the pandemic. I have daughter and a 3 year old son, no one to care for my son. Where am I supposed to leave him when I need to go my daughters appointment with her, being the first time I have to mandatorily go in with her. I don’t know the details for why I can’t bring my son in but I do know that you guys need to consider mothers that have no one to care for their babies.

  5. Always super nice and considerate. For some reason they had canceled my appointment because they said I did not confirm my appointment. I did confirm my appointment, and showed the receptionist the text I received, but that didn’t make me to upset at them because they worked me right in.

    This is the first time I have had eyebrow threading/tinting or a lash lift/tinting, and Ms. Donna made this the most amazing experience ever!! She is one of the kindest people I have met in an extremely long time, and she is incredibly patient. She took the time to explain each procedure and the proper maintenance to ensure I would get the most bang for my buck. I cannot express how happy I am! One thing’s for certain…I will be returning.

    For me it’s not just the service but also the customer service. Donna takes her time to ensure she understands what you want, and to ensure your happy with the outcome. I have no pigment in my brows or lashes as you can see in the pics. What a difference one visit made. She waxed and tinted my brows and gave me a lash lift and tint. There is no pressure to upsell you other un-necessary services and she also told me not to come so often for a lift even though other salons say every 3-4 weeks. It’s not good for your lashes. She said she will maintain them sooner but full service is not necessary. Honesty is hard to find in such a competitive market. I highly recommend these services. I’ll be back. Thank you Donna.

    Wow I am so impressed. I learned about this place from a girlfriend. I went there for the first time last night and Donna threaded and tinted my eyebrows. She went with my natural color. I wanted to look natural and she did a fantastic job. She’s very friendly and professional. Her shop is very clean and her product prices are very affordable. I’ll definitely be going back!     Donna and Priti took very good care of me from the beginning. I went in for eyebrow threading and ended up getting eyebrow tint and a lash lift as well. They took their time and checked in often to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Will definitely be going back!

    I have been coming here since we moved & customer service has always been amazing. The people at the front are so welcoming and do not pressure you to buy packages for the sake of buying them but to help you save tons on a great service you’re gonna come back for anyway! Brooke!     I had never been waxed before, so I was pretty nervous about it. After seeing the wax scene from the movie 40 Year Old Virgin, I expected the worst. (I know, how stupid of me, right?) well they were very humorous and relaxing at the front desk and assured me that I’d be fine. I booked with Bella and folks up front were talking about how good she is. I went into the back to see her and I was NERVOUS! But she was the coolest person ever. So realistic and down to earth, yet very professional and approachable! I relaxed and she went to work. It stung at first, for a few seconds, then I got used to it and by the time I knew it…. We were done! She told me what to do for “After care” and I’m following her advice! Bella, If you ever see this, THANK YOU!
