Communication leading up to the procedure was excellent. Reception was quick and the waiting area is comfortable. The nurses were efficient, explained things clearly and were kind from start to finish. Dr. Henry was busy but did not rush through the plan for my procedure. Throughout the nurses and doctor were friendly and explained each step. I was impressed with their courtesy to me and especially to each other. Got a call from Dr. Henry that evening and from a nurse the next day. Overall I am very pleased with this office group.
Very professional and show true care and concern for patients’ needs and well being. Anything that will help take care of concerns are addressed completely in every way. I am a new patient here and today was my first appointment. This was something I had been putting off for years now and I was blown away with how great my whole appointment went. All the lady’s at the front desk were very welcoming and nice. The doctors that I saw were personable and professional. If I could give 10 stars I would. Very happy to have found Fayetteville Advanced Dermatology Center.

Everyone was wonderful. The staff was courteous and professional. Dr Henry explained everything he was doing every step of the way. So caring. The frosting on the cake…… Dr Henry called me at home the evening after the surgery to check on how I was doing. I never had that happen before.
