From the beginning she listened and connected with me on my planned treatment. Some of these services can be private and almost embarrassing to talk about. Lauren kept it casual and reassuring. Comfortable from the start. My current esthetician is absolutely amazing. I do choose to work with the same technician as she knows and understands my treatment path. She’s professional and light hearted. I do as well, feel very comfortable with her as well. I was told different things by different people, including the promise of an extra session to make up for a mistake- that was not honored. I will never go back, and have found a different spa for all future treatments. The manager suggested I bought a package for 2 areas of Legacy and Laser Lipo. I kept on going every other week, even asked to go weekly and between March and November I never saw any result. It was always a different explanation, I either didn’t drink enough water or something. I am active and work out , I eat healthy , but I still had Celulite and fat around my knees. One explanation from a girl working there was that my legs are crooked so the laser pupi would not do anything. Of course that was said after I bought their package of 3000$, not before. After 0 results I even had 3-4 sessions left and stopped going in November 2022 because it was a waste of my time and I had a surgery so I couldn’t drive. Every time I heard oh you’ll see the results after an x amount of sessions, but nothing changed. I have been calling the online number and addressed this as I’d like to be reimbursed for those wasted treatments, but nobody calls me back. I never saw progress when working out, when eating less and then recently I have gained weight due to stress. I never saw a difference. The day I came back for the last consult because I did gain weight, I was told I wouldn’t get a complimentary treatment. Although I didn’t need a treatment because I don’t believe it works the fact that I gained weight the treatment wasn’t offered was confusing. Isn’t the point of the treatments to lose weight? Scam. However, the finance department needs improvement. During consultation I was told after paying full price for all my treatments, I would get free of charge life-time touch ups at any of their nation wide locations. This had a strong impact on my final decision to commit to their prices, and it hooked me right away. Few months later they denied this was ever said. When I asked to review my invoices and payments, their numbers were never updated or accurate. However, At the end of my treatment I received a threatening phone call regarding finances. There is a disconnection between front and back of the house. I have had laser hair removal treatments through another company that was a waste of money.
At Milan I have seen results so much quicker and that last. I’m a full body client and so excited about it. I struggle with hair in all the wrong places for ladies. In the year I have been coming I’m already not seeing hair in those places and – drum roll – I haven’t had to shave in the 6 weeks between treatments and I’m so excited!
The staff is amazing. They have made me so comfortable with laser treatments. They always so friendly while I wait.

The staff were all super friendly and professional, the offer options for payment plans for myriad situations, and the treatment environment is comfortable and welcoming.
