  1. I attended a class of Prof. Geary . In his class he’s very dedicated. He oversees that all his students understand the techniques. He’s very self-disciplined and teach a direct approach. I find that Prof. Geary is very patient and understanding with his students. I feel this is a great self-defense class. I believe you can take a lot away from his classes. I wish I would of had this training a long time ago.

  2. I want to start out by trying to help others that might have been or before they become a victim of commercialized martial arts. Our son wanted to get into the martial arts. We did some research and decided to go with Tae Kwan Do. Our son was very interested but the longer we went the more we noticed to advance or do anything with this type of martial arts the cost began to pile up. I am not saying or trying to say do not let yourself or child experience Tae Kwan Do. What I am trying to say is beware of who or where you go and on Professor Geary’s website I cannot stress enough of what he says by DO YOUR RESEARCH before finding the right place to either introduce you or your child(ren). I am trying to help those who were in our predicament and ended up spending countless dollars for every and any little thing that had to do with this place. After doing much research and finding professor Geary, he had opened our eyes to what some may call martial arts but are really in it to just make money and not really define who or what your child or yourself could and can become.

    I have personally talked with Prof. Geary and right away knew he is a straight forward no B.S. person who loves what he does and will let you know any and everything you might have questions about. He is kind and caring and as my son took one class, he showed me how he is there to teach the kids and not just take your money. After talking with him and watching how things are done I highly recommend that you do your research and research his website as well. If you truly research I know you will find his Kempo Karate place the best place to learn Martial Arts. My wife and I are looking forward to see how our son will progress and learn the ways of Kempo Karate. It is exciting to know that our money spent will finally be in a place that our son will learn and grow not only in Kempo Karate but in every aspect of his life.

  3. My son had been talking about karate and wanted to try it. After much research we came across Prof Gearys’s Kempo Karate. The first night he made my son feel welcomed and excited about wanting to come back to class. Prof Geary has the patience to teach my son and see my son’s determination to grow in his passion for karate. After our visit we knew we made the right choice. Prof Geary is up front and honest that it takes hard work and dedication. He is also honest about tuition and no hidden extra fees. Thank you so much in making his dream come true.

  4. I first put my son in karate at the ymca and they kept going back on fourth about learning new techniques unlike Shaolin kempo karate were they are all year long and learning certain techniques. I like that fact the Shaolin kempo karate had different classes even for adults with different days! Would very much recommend Shaolin Kempo Karate.

The coaches are fabulous, they actually care about you, and stay in contact! This place is a hidden gem in Omaha! I highly recommend, my only regret is we didn’t find it sooner!

    Update: I kept coming to the gym even after the program! This team is amazing!! Below you can see my before and after pictures. Their 6 weeks challenge is a life changing experience. This is a small gym. Don’t expect it to have anything fancy. What they do well is teach you about the fundamentals and make you strong physically and mentally; you learn how to stay fit and strong in the long run instead of just losing weight in the short term and not being able to keep it off. If you follow just 80% of what Ryan teaches you, you will see great results. Mason is a great trainer as well. I highly recommend the place.

    One of your trainers Nathen Sudik is very rude on all matters relating to someone he deems unworthy, not to mention his social media status, he loves using all forms of racial slurs and very hateful comments. Feel very bad to anyone who gets him as a trainer

    Since i joined premier in November of 2020 til April of 2021 I have lost a total of 95 pounds and managed to keep them off! They will set you up with a diet plan and recommend the classes you need or interest you to reach whatever fitness goal you have.The staff and coaches are amazing and will treat you like family! They have a variety of classes at different levels of fitness. If you’re ready make a change and add more purpose to your life premier is the place to be at!

    We have four children enrolled there it is amazing they do a wonderful job of teaching our kids all of the essentials and getting ready for a future in sports. They emphasize general fitness and do an fantastic job of getting the kids into shape and having them learn new and creative exercises on top of being an excellent by black belt school!

    My son has been attending classes here for almost a year and has improved so much during that time. His attention, focus, and physical skills are better. The instructors are both encouraging and demanding. All students and instructors show respect and attentiveness and the whole dojo is well organized and efficiently run. We are very glad we found this place and would highly recommend for both newcomers and experienced students.

    Great place. Enrolled my daughter and this has easily became the highlight of my week. My daughter is adhd and has a hard time focusing the guys there have worked with her tirelessly. Not a week goes by I don’t see a improvement. Friendly, hands on, and professional.
