Got seated about 8:05. A little late, but no big deal. We didn’t get food until around 9:10. Literally just sat there for an hour. People that were seated before us didn’t get there food until after us. So even though we waited a long time, they waited even longer. Very unorganized. We Had to ask for drink refills. When My steak finally arrived it was not hot. It was definitely sitting back there for awhile before it was brought out. My Steak was cooked medium rare just like I requested. Too bad it was served at room temperature. Green beans were a little bland. After we finished eating, we waited and waited and had to ask for our bill. Definitely not a great experience! The only saving grace to this place was the manager. He was very apologetic, took money off of the bill and was very kind. If we ever decide to go back it will be strictly because I thought he handled the situation correctly. Some places don’t really care about customer dissatisfaction but he was great. Was there on a Thursday evening and there was a DJ playing and singing both upbeat and slow music of all kinds. The management tried to interact with the guests, which I thought was great because he cared about our dining experience. The food was ok. To me personally, it’s not anything to write home about. But, it’s doable. The prices are on the higher end, so be mindful of that. The sizes are shareable sides, so when ordering extra shares to cut costs. My husband Ordered the CHICKEN FRIED RICE & he loved it.I ordered the sirlion burger which had a very good flavor.My fries were kind of soggy needed to be cooked longer.I ordered the burger plain with nothing on it they put everything on it.My bun was a bit soggy.This is the reason for 4 stars.
Excellent food!. And a great price
Food is good but my order is not always right. Glad I checked before I left because it had to be remade. Also the chicken empanadas were full of grease. Wouldn’t get those again.
Good food better then pollo tropical by far . My wife is from Latin America and it makes her feel like at home the food cooked there . Even though she is not Peruvian. It’s just as close to her countries food . But I believe it is much better 😆
What a difference between this store and the other ones I’ve been to. The chicken was amazingly tasty! Too bad the stores close to me can’t compare. I wish they tasted as good as the chicken from this store.
