What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. The girls never disappoint. Cheap booze and cheap food. Make sure to hook up those tips! Love the prime rib and love love love the minestrone. Thanks Juli Bradehoff for introducing me so long ago.

  2. We heard about this spot from many people and finally got to check it out!

Service was good. Family style is a unique twist nowadays. Food was excellent. Price was amazing — but be aware CASH ONLY. (There is an ATM on site )

Calamari steak ($3 extra on the side), salmon, prime rub, minestrone soup was all a hit. Hubs LOOOVED the horseradish…he called it stallionradish 🤪😂

    Recommend checking them out!

  3. Love this place! Best Cajun Prime Rib for $22, 16oz! Plus, soup, salad, fresh baked bread and strong cheap drinks!

  4. It’s a very cute family owned restaurant. They only have a handful of entre’s too choose from. But, for the price and all the good food you get, It’s differently worth it. It was very good! For just the two of us, not including drinks. It was only $39.00 . My guy had the Super Prime Rib meal and I had the Salmon. They gave us bread, soup, salad, pasta, vegetables and our choice of meat.
So filling and the place gets packed fast.. Highly recommend checking out this little Restaurant for it surpasses so many big chain Restaurants out there.

  5. Nice spot to eat the food is super good at a decent price. Drinks are good. Best soup and bread

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful breakfast at Sylvia’s Country Kitchen, and I must say it was a truly satisfying and memorable experience. From the moment I stepped into the cozy restaurant, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a comforting ambiance that set the tone for an enjoyable meal. The menu at Sylvia’s Country Kitchen boasts an array of breakfast options, and I was spoilt for choice. After much contemplation, I decided to go with their classic country breakfast, which included fluffy buttermilk pancakes, perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, and a side of golden hash browns. Each element of the meal was prepared with care and attention to detail, resulting in a delicious symphony of flavors. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were evident in every bite, and it was clear that Sylvia’s Country Kitchen takes great pride in sourcing their produce locally. The pancakes were light and airy, the eggs were cooked to perfection, and the bacon had a satisfying crispiness. The hash browns were golden and crispy on the outside while remaining tender on the inside. The service at Sylvia’s Country Kitchen was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and ensured that I had everything I needed throughout my meal. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it the perfect place to start the day. Overall, my experience at Sylvia’s Country Kitchen was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of delicious food, warm service, and charming atmosphere made for a truly memorable breakfast. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, I highly recommend paying a visit to Sylvia’s Country Kitchen to savor a delightful breakfast that will leave you craving more.

Wow, what can I say? Sylvia’s was wonderful, my first time there and it was really lovely. It has a very homey atmosphere, from the paper menus to the soft murmers or people talking. The waitstaff are so friendly and helpful, really the sweetest people! Now the food. I cannot praise enough! We tried the German potato soup, which was super creamy and thick (thick enough that I could use a fork!) With bits of potatoes and you can really taste the smoky bacon flavor. The dishes are huge (at least for me) and well worth the price. I got the chorizo omelet and had to take it home! The fries and tuna melt were excellent as well. The fries super crisp but still soft inside and the tuna melt not greasy! All in all. A wonderful spot to eat!

I really do like this place. We don’t come often, but have visited for years. Sat quickly, offered drinks right away, food was good, & portions are overwhelming (in a good way)!! I had the country fried steak with eggs/hash browns/ biscuits & my friend ordered the club sandwich with fries. Both of our plates were more than enough food for TWO significant portions each, so you definitely get your money’s worth. We paid ~$46 (tip included) for the two meals + coffee. 1/7/2023- Visited today with two close friends! ~$60 for the three of us. Not busy at all 8:20 on a Sat morning. For some, $20/person may seem like a bit for a breakfast place, but each of us got like 2 meals out of each of our plates! I loved my Debb’s omelette! Additionally, we only meet up for Girls Time about once a month, but haven’t dined-out in over a year for breakfast, so we ended up being there for almost 4 hours! Time just flew by & we felt bad once the place got busy, but they were so sweet & hospitable to us the whole time!! I appreciate them for it because we don’t get out much!

Sylvia’s kitchen was not my favorite. While the prices are cheap and not too high, the quality of the food reflects the price. I thought the food was ok at best and did not really enjoy my meal. I would not recommend going here

Went to Sylvia’s for the first time to have breakfast for Father’s day and it was really good! Great place to go for breakfast and lunch. They serve big portions and everything is delicious. I got the lumberjack plate. It comes with two eggs, four bacon, country potatoes(extra charge) and four pancakes! I will definitely come back again to eat at Sylvia’s.

Wow! The view at Dinner matches the quality of the food served. As I am here for work, my wife and I tried this restaurant the first night. There were so many tasty options on the menu, we came back a second and third night. Each night did not disappoint. Happy Hour drink prices from 4-6pm reflected a 50% savings and the salted caramel martini was our favorite. I highly recommend this place. Being from Louisiana, I love seafood. The seafood and CAB Ribeye were both delicious!!

My friend and I were out for our normal Sunday brunch/lunch. We like to try new restaurants as well as revisit some of our favorites. She’s been here many times, I had not been. We both adore seafood so this was hopefully going to be a treat for us. We ordered the shrimp and crab lumpia. It was delicious. She ordered the scallops and I ordered the wedge salad with prawns. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Sitting along the marina with lovely views of the marina and enjoying the breeze was a plus.

What a great place for dinner and drinks! We were there for a conference and met in their large meeting space. The service was superb and the food delicious. We decided to have dinner there and very much enjoyed the tri-tip bites and the wine pictured, which there is a special for on Wednesday nights. There is plenty if parking and after dinner enjoy a stroll by the water. Sit outside and enjoy the sunset!

Loved having lunch at this restaurant. The outdoor pans dining are absolutely relaxing. The fresh breeze of air and wind makes the dining unique experience. Services are great and the foods are a bit inconsistent but still are very good. Will definitely go again next time.
