Dentist’s assistant had everything ready for the process. Lo and behold, the dentist uses a camera to capture impressions, not that awful goop I am way too familiar with. My hygienist that was very friendly, gentle, and respectful retired. Yesterday I was greeted by Kim who seemed nice at first, but soon turned into a bossy, mean, unprofessional, sassy, disrespectful, and painful hygienist, who wanted to teach me how to brush my teeth. Dr. Parks filled two cavities, removed old crown made a new one and fix my chipped front teeth in less than two hours . Taking time to make sure I could floss around the crown without problems .The previous dentist’s crown was too tight to floss around, causing cavities and eventually popping off needing another crown that never felt quite right like she left something hanging over? Third crown feels great, pleasant experience, I would recommend Dr. John I. Parks. My father is 90 years old with pretty bad dementia, Dr. Rojas was just so warm, understanding and accommodating towards my Father that was having one of his moments right before his procedure, she put both of us at ease, he left the office feeling very calm and pleased with her work and couldn’t keep talking on the ride back home about how quick and gentle she was with his extraction. I would totally recommend this practice as well as Dr. Rojas, I had nothing but an excellent 5 star experience from the moment I walked in and was greeted by the young lady at the reception desk…also the Dental assistant at the ex rays and the billing agent were very kind and welcoming. If you suffer from dental anxiety then this is probably the place for you. You will regain your faith in humanity. Visit was quick and efficient! I walked in for I thought was an emergency visit and was out within an hour! Everyone was super nice! Didn’t interact with dentist long…maybe 30 seconds. He was in and out and on to the next. I do, wish that he would have spent a little extra time going over what the issue could have been. Instead he was like “I don’t see anything, let me know if the issue happens again”. I will be returning for full exam!
My visit to Greenberg Dental in Winter Haven was great. Everyone was very nice. The wait time wasn’t long. After the Dental Asst finish with my images, she went and got Dr. Fidy. He came in and reviewed images and went over treatment plan thoroughly. I then went back out to the lobby and sat down for no more than three minutes and then the hygienist called me back for my cleaning. He was awesome! You can tell he really enjoys his job. I can’t wait to get the remaining of the work done on my teeth because I know I’m in good hands.
Dr. Johnathan Daniel was amazing and made me feel so comfortable with my visit! His assistant was very well informed and calmed me down. She was the highlight of the visit!! I got two teeth pulled and it was smooth and fast!
Doctor Maria & Fidy were very sincere in their concern for my dental health and finding ways to keep the teeth I have left. Maria, the dental hygienist was kind and checked frequently to insure I wasn’t feeling any discomfort. Dawn the dental assistant was very friendly and gave me a blanket when I said I was cold. Overall, a lovely experience.
This place is amazing. I don’t know anyone that like’s going to the dentist and it scares me so much but do to that I am now having to go. I had to have 2 teeth removed and from when I walked into the door till I left these associates were so friendly and calming. Never did anyone shame me for the damage I have done and except for the needles I felt nothing. Even the needles weren’t to bad. Just a quick pinch. Would I recommend them heck yes and I am going back regularly now to do damage control. Thank you so much for keeping me calm and making this as easy as possible for me.
