  2. The beginning of my visits were nice, the staff and Dr were great. However by the end of my treatment the upper denture is horrible! It is mostly metal and cuts my mouth whenever I chew food. For the money and the 2nd Dr I saw , who was very rude, I will not recommend Aspen Dental!! Update: My issues were not delt with, they only care about getting your money. I cannot wear the denture they made, and I had to go to a different company to get one that did fit. More money. Think twice before you go to Aspen Dental.

  3. I had an appointment at 4pm. I was in the neighborhood so I stopped by and they were able to get me in at 8am😁 I was so happy because I was in a lot of pain for days. I was canceled at 2 other dental places this week. They couldn’t fit me in last minute or the Dr. Called out sick. Everyone at Aspen Dental was very professional and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Very satisfied with my doctor and my procedures. I thank everyone for such a great experience.

  4. Aspen dental took great care of us. Had two teeth needing removal and they did it immediately during our first visit. Randi was especially great at explaining the costs and details of everything. Would recommend!

  5. They are liars! They’re in it just to make money. Choose somewhere better to go to! I was told I had random cavities. I went to TWO different dentists for second opinions because they didn’t seem too attentive and turns out I didnt have any cavities or any gum diseases. Seems like the hygienist and dentists don’t know what they’re doing and didn’t pay much attention in school. They’re seriously only here for money. Go somewhere else!!!

    Best dental experience EVER. Have struggled with teeth issues for 2+ decades. Had given up until a recent event found me here. Dr Stratman, Dr Levy, and the staff have been amazing. Dr Stratman listened to my issues both teeth and cost. He came up with a plan I could manage to fund. Had 14 top teeth pulled and dentures put in same day. What a relief, healing has gone extremely well, adjustments have been awesome. The Dentist and staff here have shown, great skills, knowledge, professionalism, compassion and caring for all aspects of my care. I thank you all for your continued excellence and care.     Be warned – they do NOT verify insurance benefits. Their estimate was off by 50% and they will not offer a discount. We tried meeting with the doctor to discuss this and he refused. After being told the remaining balance was being sent to collections months earlier, Dr.Stratman himself called from his cell without verifying HIPPA and threatened small claims court. Extremely unprofessional. Would NEVER recommend this practice.

    In Oct 2022 Dr Levy removed a very stubborn old crown on a back molar for me with a cavity underneath. It was a lot of work, the crown came out in many pieces, and I thought I would have sore gums, maybe bleeding, discomfort. After the anesthesia wore off I was pleasantly surprised to feel no pain, no bleeding, no soreness, no discomfort at all ! Then two weeks later Dr Levy installed my new crown and it fit perfectly, no grinding, no adjustments needed! Thank You Dr Levy and Tammy for a fantastic painless awesome experience getting that stubborn crown removed and replaced

    Stratman Family Dentistry is literally the best. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade. With two locations in town, their staff is top-notch from top to bottom. Their scheduling staff does a great job getting you booked and addressing your billing needs. The hygienists are professional (I’ve worked with four of them) and friendly. Rachelle, Catherine are fantastic. And finally, Dr. Stratman is what you’re looking for; a consummate professional who does an excellent job managing his team of professionals. I’ve had 4 root canals and many cavities filled, most before I can into their care, and no one has been as gentle to my teeth than Dr. Stratman. Consider yourself lucky to have them on your side.

    Wonderful experience. I thought for sure I chipped some enamel off a front tooth and Stratman Family Dentistry got me in quickly. X rays and a full exam and it turns out I am just fine, but I was full of anxiety. Dr. Levy immediately put me me at ease and assured me that my teeth are in good shape. Everyone there was wonderful and I thank you all for being so kind and accomodating.

    Unprofessional and poor standards of practice. I travel for work around the country and was just looking for a routine cleaning and to be checked for cavities. The dental assistant insisted I get X-rays. When I told her I don’t want them because I’ve had recent ones at my last cleaning and asked If we could talk to the dentist about it, the dentist yelled from the other room that I wouldn’t be seen if I don’t get X-rays. Concerning lack of regard for patient autonomy and even scarier that the dentist refused to educate me, as a patient, on need for X-rays that they were requiring.

    Don’t go and DONT PAY CASH! MAKE THEM GIVE YOU EVERYTHING IN WRITING! Not 1 minute after getting it in writing I gave back their TERRIBLE denture the same woman chased me down yelling MY NAME SAYING I WAS STEALING! 🤣 nice try just give me my cash back! UPDATE… I received my refund check and it was exactly $132 short! So they won’t even give the proper refund either. Shameful!!!!

    Came with my daughter for her first visit and go to use the restroom and it’s dirty. I came out and told the receptionist about it and when I tried to explain the look on her face. While in the bathroom I cleaned it as best I could and when I told the receptionist it seems like it didn’t matter. She said she was sorry but nothing was done about the situation. Instead of coming to give moral support but ended up trying to clean Aspen dentals bathroom. Unreal
