  2. Great experience. Liked the atmosphere, very busy, but tut runs as a well oiled machine. Dental assistant is great. I loved the experience with her and the doctor. It felt like they have known me for long time.

  3. Since my first visit 5yrs+ ago I decided there is no other place I’d rather be for dental work. The staff is very courteous. From the front desk to the dental assistants. Dr Khan is next level. He’ll keep you comfortable and take care of your dental issues. On top of all of this the facility is very clean, and comfortable.

  4. Dr. Khan is a wonderful dentist. His staff is competent and friendly. The wait time was not bad. It is actually a good experience, considering it’s a trip to the dentist’s office.

  5. Dr Khan and his staff have been nothing but amazing to me. I have major anxiety when it comes to dental work and been putting off getting things done for a while now. Dr Khan went out of his way multiple times to make sure that I was comfortable even when I wasted his time at my last appointment because I let my emotions take over and did not get my teeth work done! This time he gave me meds to relax me and gave me the nitrogen oxide to calm me down even more. His staff member Justin explained everything to me today and let me choose which steps I would be comfortable with today, while I chose to only do some of it today I actually got the work done and already set up another appointment. Dr Khan most definitely accommodates to cowards. They will never realize how much I appreciated there kindness to me today and look forward to working with them again!! If you are afraid of the dentist, this office will most definitely make you feel comfortable!

    The professionalism, respect, kindness and concern they showed me were outstanding. I went in as a walk-in with a broken, infected tooth. Not only did they make time for me, but they were so kind, the surgeon and assistant even stayed past their open hours to make sure they did not rush my extraction. My comfort and understanding were their biggest concerns. I’m not one who is exactly excited to visit the dentist, but I feel confident and comfortable returning to this practice.

    I received and replied to confirming appointment on my email from Aspen for me and my mother whom I oversee her medical needs. I thought by point/click on button it confirmed. I later received a text reminder about my mother’s appointment as it stated to “call for any questions or to reschedule.” Since I did not call (I had no questions or desire to reschedule) Aspen cancelled my mothers appointment whom I schedule 45 minutes after mine. It was very inconvenient and had to schedule my mother another day. I was informed by an associate that the email received goes to corporate and therefore does not register with local Aspen office. My question, why even confirm via email since it is not communicated with local office? In addition, I took the liberty of setting up accounts to fill in patient forms to save time as new patient registration at office. When arriving reception (Morgan) told me to refill out via notebook all the forms I had done online so that they can capture my signature. And persisted in requiring me to do so. Fortunately, one of the managers intervened and informed reception they will print the documents for a wet signature and eliminate redundancy. This is my first experience and hope that the treatment phase will go smoother.

    I had an emergency and no dentist. Aspen got me in right away! Did not have to wait for services. Did multiple x-rays. Doctor came in right away! I didn’t have to wait! Went over everything, came up with a plan. All appointments scheduled right away and out the door I went! Everyone was nice and friendly and eased my fears and anxiety!! Looking forward to getting my teeth taken care of! Thanks Aspen Dental ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Everyone at the office in Toledo was extremely welcoming. They were so nice from the time I walked in to the time I left. They really treated me like gold. I have recommended them to everyone.     Monroe MI location A-1 service just as I was connected to the receptionist, very polite and got me in today for an extraction. The lady that did my X-rays was amazing with great customer service, made me feel very comfy and safe. The assistance AMAZING! My doctor, very sweet lovely lady, also made me feel really safe and numbed me so good! I didn’t even feel a poke, I was honestly falling a sleep a bit, that’s how comfortable I was. The store manager ( pretty lady with curls) just amazing, helped me out with membership plus more on getting helped with payment plans. 10/10 do recommend. 💕

    Highly recommend! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. After years of avoiding going. I finally decided to try Hires dental in November of 2022. Dr. Khan is amazing he performed 3 root canals on me with NO discomfort. Pam did my 1st cleaning and Maddi Perform the second cleaning. ( which I highly recommend seeing them again ). Everyone at the front desk is always friendly and easy to work with especially Amanda helping me navigate through my insurance. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind. Just like to say not all heroes wear capes. Thank you.

    I went to Hires dental today for my first appointment and I must say it was really great. The young lady that took care of me “ Lacy “ was very professional and listened to me about my issues. She did an excellent job with me and Dr. Kahn was also very professional new exactly what I needed to fix my dental issues. The entire staff is very professional and kind . I for sure will be a long repeat customer. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great experience with very high professionalism.

    I love my dentist!! I drive from another state to Hires Dental because my dentist and her staff are phenomenal! Like many people, I have some dental anxiety but that has improved so much since switching to Hires! Dr. Yaya and team are professional, caring, and make each patient feel comfortable and cared about. Jessie goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable. She is amazing! You can tell she absolutely loves what she does. Lexi is friendly and knowledgeable. It’s always a relief when she is on the case. It is always a pleasure for me to refer my family and friends to Hires.

    I was a big soda drinker and never brushed my teeth so my teeth were really bad but when i got in my 20s and want to get them fix when I went there they never judge me and they are all really nice. I love going to see Dr Yaya she is so sweet and she makes sure that you are not in pain. When she has to numb you I can’t even feel when she dose it. Me and all my sister go here and we all love going here
