  1. After not going to the dentist for a few years I knew it was time to finally seek help. I wish I would have went to Dr . Hecht sooner. From the first phone call (which I had my sister call for me ) Rosemary was kind and helpful with scheduling. I was extremely nervous- even for x rays. Thanks to Jenna it was the easiest dental X-rays I have ever experienced. That same day on my first visit I saw Gina and had a cleaning (which I desperately needed) Her gentle technique and caring ways made me feel that I made the right choice to come to this office. My second cleaning with Lauren also came with ease as she explained everything she did and was helpful during the entire visit. Any other dentist I had been to before was never as thorough and I had realized that I have never really had a proper dental checkup. After meeting with Dr Hecht for a consult he explained everything to me and what I needed to do. Thanks to Dr Hecht and Angie my next visit was also easy going and never uncomfortable- I didn’t even realize when Dr Hecht had numbed me (which was one of my worst fears.) Dr Hecht and his staff go out of their way between checkup phone calls, hand written notes, and overall kindness to help anyone with dental fear. I can’t thank them all enough!

  2. I decided to try the new whitening treatment that Dr. Hecht’s team offers and I saw a difference IMMEDIATELY! Not only were my results visible after my single appointment but I’m able to continue whitening at home. It’s a super easy system to use and my teeth have been getting whiter with each use.   3. Dr. Hecht is an incredible dentist, very PROFESSIONAL and SKILLFUL. He and Angie pulled 4 teeth under local anesthesia without any pain during and after the procedure. Had to two implants put in today with ease and pain free. Everyone at the office is super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. 10/10!!!

  4. Dr. Hecht is a good dentist. Very understanding, informative and quick! I have dental anxiety and he is always very kind and explains everything to me. The best part of the his practice is his staff. Especially Angie! Angie is always so kind and comforting. All the times I have been there she has always helped me get through every procedure with a kind word a reassuring pat on the shoulder and always encouraging me that I am doing good. They are a great team and work so well together to make a scary situation for me so much better. The staff always is welcoming and professional. They also call you back the next day to see how you are doing. I have a problem with my tooth on a Sunday and I left a message and he got back to me so quick. Thank you!

  5. Dr Frederick and his team are wonderful. Love how professional they are. They are always able
    to accommodate us on short notice. My uncle who is not fluent in English is able to be seen by them and understand because they work with me to translate for him. It’s very easy and they answer any questions he has! They take great care of their patients! Thank you!

    The office is centrally located across the street from Target on Veteran’s Road next to the Outerbridge Crossing. The parking was ample and the air-conditioned elevator took me to a scenic balcony where the office was easily located. Entering the office was like entering a gorgeous well-appointed home. Tastefully decorated and spotless. I was pleasantly surprised to see an air purifier working in the corner. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist who took my information and moments later I was taken inside by a dental tech. A few x-rays later, the doctor appeared. Very personable, animated, friendly, and caring was my first thought. He examined me and provided a treatment plan with emphasis on my care and comfort. Dr. Shtarkman took the time after the examination to discuss future care and answered all my questions and this is the hallmark of a caring and dedicated medical professional. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

    May I just say, that this is probably the ONLY medical/dental practice on S.I that follows schedule and respects patients time! They run like a fine Swiss clock ⏰️ Dr. Shtarkman and his amazing colleagues are always friendly, caring, professional and treat you like a family. The office is spotless clean and beautifully equipped. The front desk ladies always call to remind about appointments or any changes. Ideal Smiles Dental are absolutely the BEST and my whole family of 4 highly recommends them!

    Dr. Shtarkman at Ideal Smiles Dental is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He is excellent with nervous patients & children. He listens to every concern or question you may have & is very accommodating when it comes to making appointments especially when you have a crazy schedule. My kids love him and so do I.

    I really hated going to the dentist never went for years . I had a big problem with my teeth. I called the office they took me in right away. was really nervous. Dr. Shtarkman made me feel so comfortable. We discussed what need to be done and all the different options but it was going to be a long process. I want to thank him for helping make my smile look beautiful again. Also the office staff is amazing too.

    Always a smooth experience at Dr. Karl’s. After avoiding the dentist for 5 years, I needed a lot of work and I’m really glad I went with Karl Family Dental – big thank you to the entire team! P.S. If you’re anything like me and nervous about needles, Dr. Karl is a PRO. There were times I didn’t even feel it! Highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

    I had the best experience at this dentist. The doctors were very nice and made me feel at ease with my entire experience. The staff is all very nice and accommodating. My schedule for works makes it hard for me to make appointments and they worked with me so that I was able to get the work I needed done in a short amount of time. I highly recommend this office. Very high level of dental care, and very high level of customer service. Dr. Hoffman is an artist!
