I called to make a same day emergency appointment and the receptionist said that she was not able to accommodate me and offered me an appointment 2 weeks out. I pretty much begged her to squeeze me in with the hopes of at least getting some antibiotics to help me out. She said there was nothing she could do because they are short staffed. I was referred here by a family member, but there must have been a change big change in staff or something. I was very disappointed. I ended up driving all the way to San Bernardino for same day appointment and treatment. Everyone was professional and personable and would always ensure that I was pain free throughout my visit!
Dr. Fadi eliminated a lot of my fears I had formed over the years about the dentists and I’m glad I made the switch over to them. Can’t suggest then enough!
Every time I schedule with them, something weird happens. For example, last time I went there, none of my appointments were in the system. Also, their hours are out of date. My experience with the Dr. and the hygienist have been amazing though. Finance is also very quick, efficient, and kind.
Honest, kind, compassionate, professional and helpful are a few words to describe Parkview Dental staff and dentist. I am so happy to have found them and will be getting work I’ve put off for a long time done now.
UPDATE: Had extractions and bone grafts done for dentures. Great work, HIGHLY RECOMMEND PARKVIEW.
I always receive great customer service from all of the staff. I came in today to pick up my bottom denture that was being realigned. I am so pleased with the results. It was another great visit at Parkview Dental.
My experience at Parkview Dental was very nice. They were very professional and pleasant. I liked the service I got and would recommend them to others. And the office was very clean!!!
Now this is my second time going there and it’s just like I said above, it was pleasant doing business with them and that office is spotless! Which I think is important since it’s a dental office.
