As I walk up to the front desk the manager/supervisor noticed from her office. She gets up comes to the front and says, will get you back right now. Told her no thank you. The you receptionist said they are running behind due to two root canals. Wish one of the staff told me at least 1/2hr ago. I try giving them cash and they would not take it, I try calling in the deposit to give them my card number and they would not take it. I went back in put in my card and all my information and would not take saying it was a pre paid card. I have requested that they leave a message regarding whatever they need and not just say call at your convenience due to me working nights, but they continue to leave generic messages of “call the office.” I understand HIPA as I work in the medical field, but multiple calls without identifying somehow what the call is about is little unsettling. Also, I tried scheduling an appointment online. Well, they sent me an appointment that wasn’t for the date and time I selected and when I tried rescheduling it’s call the office. I don’t quite understand why there’s an appointment scheduler on Facebook if the staff is just going to schedule when they want. The folks at OKC Smiles are really good at taking care of their clients and making you feel welcome. The whole office works as a very efficient team. Both Dr. Pham and Dr. Murray are great and are easy to work with and they provide a great experience every time.
Dr. Phan and genuinely everyone up there is so nice and welcoming. Love their new location! My tooth extraction was a breeze, they care about you being comfortable and making the experience enjoyable. Second to none!
My family has been going here for a few years now and the whole crew is amazing to work with. They do amazing work on adults and are also great with our 5 y/o kiddo! Highly recommend!
Amazing dentist and Staff! Only Dentist I will go to due to severe anxiety from past experiences from incompetent dentists. Dr. Murray listens and understands and takes his time to listen to all my concerns. When I’m in the chair, I feel as if I’m his ONLY patient in there. Thank you guys for taking sure good care of me and my son Nick! So appreciated.
