  1. I absolutely love the Experience! Down from the Front Desk ,to the Assistants, and up to the Dentist Doctor B. Cain (who’s humorous and a doll) . Everyone was so nice and showed so much hospitality! I was really nervous but they made my experience better than I expected! Nothing like going somewhere like the Dentist Office and them making sure that YOU are okay, that your well-being matters! Totally Recommend!

  2. Dr. Cain and his team is fabulous!!! Dr. Cain is very personable and make up feel comfortable. His front office staff worked around my son’s school schedule to make it convenient for me…it was such a blessing!!!! Dr.Brandon Cain is an outstanding Oral Surgeon!!! I highly recommend Columbia Dental Health Clinic to everyone!!!!

  4. My daughter had an appointment for a tooth extraction. Everything went well, the staff was nice and friendly when we first walk through the door. The male assistant that called us to the back, I can’t remember his name but he was awesome. He made my daughter feel very comfortable. He was very friendly and made sure we know what was expected. He insured me that they will be there if we had any problems. Him and Dr Manny (I hope I’m spelling his name right) really care about the patient. So happy we were referred here. Thank you guys so much for this awesome experience!

  5. Absolutely awesome! The entire staff was perfect! They were all very knowledgeable, professional and took all precautions needed. They went out of their way to make it the best experience possible for my daughter to have her wisdom tooth removed. She actually had a good experience getting a tooth pulled! I highly recommend them. We will never go anywhere else.

    I was very impressed with my visit to Aspen Dental. The lady that worked in XRay department was so helpful taking care of my needs while with her. Rachael was so busy at the front desk taking care of clientele very courteous at all times. I can’t forget the manager, went out of his way telling me about the products & prices. They were short staffed today. Dr. Was so friendly and introduced me to the digital work that is in Lexington Aspen Dental, great personality . I would recommend Aspen Dental because of the comfortable feeling while there.

    I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Harbison, from start to finish! Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about my issues. I didn’t have an appointment until 3 weeks out and they were able to squeeze me in today due to my pain increasing. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone!!

    My friend had dentures put in. As anyone can imagine that’s already an emotional experience in itself. This place made them too big and instead of fixing the problem, they terminated her as a patient. She wasn’t even given her permanents that SHE PAID lots of money for. They took the money and won’t finish their job. Won’t fix their bad job. Won’t refund her so she can go somewhere else. Nothing. What a scam these people are. She is going through a lot. At the very least if this place is incompetent to do their job then they should refund her. They should be ashamed of themselves honestly

    During my first visit at Aspen Dental it started out a little rough for me. The x-ray specialist could’ve been a little more communicable and understandable however the Dentist and Dental hygienist made up for her lack there of with their professionalism. Overall my experience went well. I plan on returning for continual treatment as soon as next week. Thanks Aspen for the experience.

    I just want to start by saying the ladies and gentleman that work up front hats off to all of them, they made the environment extremely pleased, there was a very friendly and diverse environment, as well as they seemed to all have a great working relationship which made the environment much more positive. Now on another note, I wish I could give no stars or at least stars to certain employees of this business. I was seen by Christina, who was extremely unprofessional. She started off ok, however after my first X-rays told me I needed to pull all 4 or my wisdom teeth, at which o seen a trusted dentist for almost 18 years of my life who told me before my wisdoms came in that as long as they didn’t bother me, then they were not a problem, I went here only because they alwete able to see me after 5 at which I woke an 8am-5pm shift. She hurt my mouth and kept making me gag, did not care as she got frustrated as well as I was and showed every bit of her frustration through the process. I kept apologizing as I never want to make a job more difficult for anyone, shedid nothing to make me comfortable, even talked about me through her frustration to tho Dr. Albi, which made my visit more uncomfortable. At the end of the day having anyone in your mouth aside from you is already uncomfortable. I could see she made him not even want to come in and figure out what was wrong, however he tried the X-ray once and actually made it way more comfortable than what my experience was with her, he came back and told me that Ishe was being generous by giving me the smaller block, and they needed more, which made me feel that that point that I’m just over it. I told them my frustrations and they did nothing to make this better. I rarely leave reviews unless it’s a great one to help a business, however this is the worst, I mean absolute WORST experience I’ve had at a dental office. How should I be comfortable with you doing major work when I can’t trust you to do the initial process. I would not recommend anyone going here unless you’re only going in to see the front office staff whom at which only makes the environment seem positive and safe! The level at which I’ve experienced today I would not recommend anyone at all to go here, especially your children!

    Dr. Sease, You are a great dentist! I appreciate your true concern for your patients through your gentleness and caring approach. However, your billing clerk is rude and hostile. She has been during three encounters. She yelled at me this evening because she was annoyed that her computer was functioning slow. I waited patiently in the lobby for forty (40) minutes for her. She was curt and told me that “she had other patients to address and that my request would be quick.” She spoke of a past receipt in my hand. I kindly informed her that my question was about today’s charges. She rudely responded that the staff already informed her of my request. I told her that I would like to explain my concern and ask a question. She continued banging on her keyboard and yelled that she didn’t have time. She was harsh and condescending. I asked for my receipt back that she took and told her that I was leaving. I reminded her that I was the patient that assisted her with Microsoft office’s Sticky notes app when she was annoyed in July when she couldn’t find a paper note that she wrote. Additionally, four of my appointments have been canceled without notifying me, including September 22nd. I was not notified until I arrived to your Two Notch office that my appointments were canceled. When I call to follow up no one returns my calls. Best regards, Dr. Tara

    I had an exceptional experience. Prior to this visit, I had not gone to a dentist in over 7 yrs. Because of the lasting, not so good, impression it left on me.. This establishment is very nice, clean and quick. My consultation was very detailed and the staff is knowledgeable and professional. My dentist was nothing short of amazing. I will definitely recommend any and everyone I know, who are looking to have the same experience.

    This visit, being my 1st visit with this group of dental workers was absolutely awesome. Starting from the time I signed in the point of walking out. Every employee was very well oriented in being customer oriented. Every employee in their particular field friendly caring that they wanted me to be satisfied with what wad going on. I couldn’t be any happier to be a patient in this dental office.

    This office has canceled my family’s dentist appts on several occasions without notifying us. We have to find out when we show up in their office for our appts. Absolutely unprofessional and unorganized! Then they want to reschedule our appts for months out after we have been waiting over 6 months for these previously scheduled appointments. Everytime, the excuse is they had a hygienist transfer out. The problem is they did not notify of appointment cancelations nor reschedule us at the time of cancelation. Absolutely no respect for their patient’s time. Save yourself the headache and do not go here.
