  1. Beautiful on the outside but Horrible place on the inside!!!! My aunt had been having problems, she kept telling us that it seemed as if someone was going into her apartment and we just thought she was maybe “imagining things” NOT…..Thats invasion of privacy one day i told her to act like she leaves and come back and she caught them in action…Her english is very poor so she can barely defend herself….she doesnt have a smartphone so she was unable to record, so there was no proof…thats very upsetting…i called to speak to someone and they didnt even know what to say…I understand theres elderly people but thats not fair to treat them like they are stupid and do whatever they want…….ALso this place keeps getting worse…Its been under Construction for OVER 1 YEAR….and everything is just like time paused and nothing is getting done…..what about the ELEVATORS???? she already got stuck in there a few times!!! Is this place trying to HELP or KILL the elderly????????? What a shame…..whoever runs this place needs to get fired!!!

  4. Been living here 8 years, love it. New management, very friendly residents. Not many activities happening since Covid. Libby bus, farmers market, hairdresser, blood pressure clinic all come in regularly. Crime watch meeting police and tenants meeting reguraly.

    I’ve been a resident in this apartment complex for 10 years now. It hasn’t been my choice. I’ve been stuck here. Stuck to live with a mouse, infestation, and a cockroach infestation when my apartment is spotless. The management company here is absolutely not caring and negligent. I’ve reported my issues over 10 times with little to no response.. my last option was to make a health code violation report

    They really need to put some money into this place. It’s not what it used to be. I lived there a few years as a child and I can say that management has definitely given up on caring for this place. It seems they just care about collecting rent and fattening thier banks accounts. So sad.

    My husband and I are looking for a place for a gentleman friend. We were met with this sales representative named Joan. This woman was the most difficult, condescending person to deal with. Every question we asked was met with deflection. She continually acted obtuse. Never answering the question.

    My daughter and I visited my sister and her husband and was very impressed with the community. We had dinner and the food was excellent. We also met the chef and he was very polite and attentive to my family’s requests. Thank you for providing a pleasant safe home environment for my family.
