- Reviews:I love Brook Ridge. Elsa and her staff are above and beyond. Thoughtful, kind people who work so hard to help create a community. My dad really enjoyed his time there, especially the food. I was happy that he could have a regular schedule and interact with other people. Every person or couple has their own well-sized apartment, with communal spaces and activities right outside their doors. We found Brook Ridge to be a great value for the money. Once my dad got settled in, the only monthly bill outside of Brook Ridge was his mobile phone. They really take care of everything. Worth a visit! I moved in the day after Christmas and I’m as happy as the day I moved in. Not only was a beautiful building outside but also I was dazzeld by all the decorations inside. We are moving in to Brook Ridge Retirement Comminity from Heritage Village- now this is a real improvement as far as being treated as a dignify Seniors! I just moved in our Uncle/Aunt and the experience of moving in was Excellent. Common dining area and rest rooms on each floor in the main building smell GOOD not like other Senior Apartment/Community. - Reviews:I was looking for an apartment complex that is modern. Is located in a acccessible part of the city and is affordable and found these apts. I walked in and talked to the staff and they all seemed very knowledgeable and genuenly nice and friendly. Showed me my options and i was quite pleased with the way they treated me. Maintenance takes forever to get to your place to fix anything wrong. And the manager Carlos who also lives there does not know how to manage the place… The pool is always closed, even in spring time and summer. They don’t even have assigned parking spaces. It’s just ridiculous. Sometimes there’s people with like 3 or 4 vehicles which they do not use just there taking up space. I do not recommend this place at all..By Shy Doll (5 years ago)

STAFF
Noe the GM was a fantastic welcome committee to the place. Along with Yvette Sales Dept who worked the numbers my parents were capable of fitting their lifestyle. The Activity Director absolutely amazing!
ENVIRONMENT/RESIDENTS
The place has such a joyful, caring and friendly environment….even residents were walking up and greeting us. They were so happy and delightful.
3 BIG MEALS
My parents & I were invited to have lunch twice (our two day visit)
Kassy our server was on top of everything. Water, coffee, dessert?
The meal itself is LARGE portions.
And the taste…OMG.

Heritage Village makes me want to retire and move in. What a wonderful place. What a great staff.

Excellent customer service. All of the staff have been very helpful getting my family member settled in, and use to his environment. The food is amazing, the grounds are beautiful, lots of activities, transportation, housekeeping services etc. We couldn’t be happier.
Residents did not seem happy or pleased and maybe because of the decor and the apartments look so dated… A upkeep is badly needed

This is a very friendly place to reside in. It’s 55 + residence and since the moment I took my elderly friend to take a look at it, she feel in love with the atmosphere and the people. Everyone there from the staff to the residence are so sweet, engaging and truly make you feel welcomed. Check them out!
This was a review I gave awhile ago… an update. At first glance I was deceived by the upfront atmosphere of the place. After getting familiar with the residence I have made some lovely friends and they all have expressed their complains about this place. Sadly it was goes on in the background that’s concerning. Many residents have left and many who have lived there are being forced to leave. These are elderly ppl on a monthly budget… it’s hard to watch and hear what they’re going through. It be best to speak to the residents before making any assumptions.
