  1. I was called in to work here for a couple of days. This is a wonderful community. Everyone that I met was exceptionally nice and friendly. I have worked in most of the places around the Columbus area and would suggest this community to anyone looking for the perfect place for their loved ones. The food was exceptional as well. Care is taken with allergies and food issues as well.

  2. Beautiful place. Always clean. Nice staff. Pleasant residents. I’m disappointed in seeing a staffer there sitting in the lobby with no mask on within the past two weeks of this review even after staff and residents being tested positive for COVID-19. That was not right.

  3. 10/15/2022 @ 4am, I had a Roadie prescription drop off. Never had any issues with security until tonight. She said her name was amanda, and you can clearly tell she was sleeping on the job. She had an attitude during my drop off, and didn’t want to give me her full name to complete the delivery. Why choose a graveyard shift for work that you cannot commit 100% effort into?? She needs to be fired because this was HORRIBLE customer service.

  4. worst ever, always short staffed, management is horrible. they do not respect or appreciate good help. treats you like some garbage left on the side of the road. Residents aren’t being properly cared for at times. Some management think they are above and better than the next. management doesn’t take covid serious having residents and there family members walking around with no mask with covid on the floor spreading it. not putting health protocols into effect at all. not taking anything serious need better management that actually cares and not just there for a paycheck.

  5. The absolute worse place ever to be! Warning do not put your family here, the nurses do not care about the residents they always late giving medication, talk loud at the nurses station and use profanity in the residents rooms and in front of the residents, the kitchen is nasty the cups, plates, silverware is ran through a machine to wash and all the dishes don’t get cleaned we would take the dirty one back and the staff would say o it’s just like that they’ll be fine give them that cup honey! Residents walk around with bm (bowel) on them no one checks, the nurse only give meds when she’s ready and the residents be so worried and scared. Skilled nursing unit manager Brandy horrible person, she’s so snotty with people not a good manager at all a family member was looking for her one day to discuss why the patient wasn’t getting her meds one of the nurses warned her and told her the lady was upset and looking for her she went up the stairs and avoided the lady instead of speaking with her resolving the issue! This place 0 stars!!!

    Terra Bella Riverplace has been the best place for my mom since my father passed away 5 years ago. The clean and safe environment is great but most importantly the friendships, activities, and care she receives daily is key to her health and safety. The management and staff are more then just that…they are FAMILY now. Thanksgiving was awesome, they accommodated friends and family to share this special day together and the food was amazing! I highly recommend Terra Bella Riverplace for your loved ones wanting a safe independent living “HOME”.

    My dad moved to Riverplace in July 22. In the last 6 months, we have really seen a change in him. He has made friends, participates in activities, and has more pep in his step. His one bedroom apartment gives him his own independent space. The meals are excellent. I usually join him once a week for a meal. The staff really treats our whole family as part of the family. If you are looking for a place for your family member to feel like home, definitely consider TerraBella Riverplace.

    I have been living here 2 years. The Activities program is second to none in reaching the needs of residents. So many meaningful things to do, such as excursions, lunch trips, bingo, parties, celebrations of events, games, arts and crafts…just to mention a few.

    Hopefully the food menu has wat’s on there? Not having what’s on the menu is not right, Prayers that it has changed since the last time I was there, Thanksgiving was awesome, however I have sat with / talked to many that did not have what was on the menu given or served something totally not ordered, # it seemed they were feeding Birds instead of people,

    Savannah Grand (run by Ginny Mann) is full of crooks, please do not send your loved one here! We signed a contract in Oct. since we were pressured into reserving “the last room” – and we’ve never seen a dime of our $8,500 since. Our loved one has NEVER EVEN BEEN to their facility, she was never released from the hospital! She has never put a foot inside the building, yet we are getting MONTHLY bills from Savannah Grand on top of the $8,500 we already paid! We have sent letters to the Ombudsman’s office, the BBB, and several other entities, and the BBB sent back a letter stating even they can’t get Savannah Grand to respond to the complaint and refund our money. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES TO THESE ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!! They will make promises to get your money, and then the fun really starts. They lied about fees, they lied about the level of care they are able to provide, and the kicker is that they were NOT even qualified to provide the level of care she needed. She had a trach, a feeding tube, and is on a trilogy machine – they absolutely cannot provide the level of care required but lied saying they could, just so they could get our money. They even told us about how they completely refunded a prior residents money because their loved one died before they made it to the facility. Our loved one never made it to the facility either, yet no refund. It is a shame. They are liars and thieves.

    STAY AWAY! This facility is lacking integrity and accountability. They accepted a large deposit for my wife’s care and promised a refund if she never qualified to be a resident. The administrator never performed diligence, my wife did not qualify to be a resident, and our request for a refund has been ignored. Furthermore, the company continues to bill us for an additional 1k+ in addition to the 8.5k they collected up front.

    We placed our mother here after the staff made us very lofty promises of care and love for their work. They kept their promises throughout our experience. Great “down home” people.

    This place has gone above and beyond for my mother. I go by there often and she is always involved in the things happening. She loves the verity of food but especially the fact that they get dessert every day! She always talks about the staff and how caring they are. She tells me that a few of them like to surprise her with treats she enjoys. I have met many of the other families, since moving my mother in and everyone seems pleased. Moving my mother here brought relief to me that I didn’t know I needed. Thank you for all you do Savannah Grand. I wish I could do more to thank you for what you do.

    A follow up from my previous review of this terrible establishment. I posted a photo next to my last review and Savannah Grand somehow removed my photo! They do not want any potential new residents to see any eye opening photos . They cover stuff up! This establishment should be ashamed of themselves and also to ask me to remove my post is absurd!
