  1. I recently had the opportunity to tour the Clarendale of Chandler. I found the property clean and airy, and the community members all seemed happy and well cared for. The rooms were airy and bright, and all the staff I interacted with were friendly and seemed to care for the residents. Ms. Traci Jacobsen took me on a tour of the property and explained the many facets of the care they provide that are unique to the Clarendale of Chandler. Thank you for your time and the warm introduction that you provided to your community.

  2. I’ve been a healthcare worker for 12 years. I had the opportunity to work at this facility thru an agency. I must say I am truly impressed and my heart is warmed by the love and care the staff provides to each resident. It is absolutely amazing. This is a facility I would highly recommend! Good food, clean environment, safe/well organized care , and loving staff.

  3. Traci Jacobsen, Amy Castillo, and the staff at Clarendale of Chandler showed great support as this journey was quite new to me. Their knowledge, and genuine care for my mother was their priority, and along the way I learned much from them. I highly recommend anyone with a loved one to look into Clarendale of Chandler as an adult living community (independent, assisted living, or memory care).

  4. A place that made my father feel welcome. A social place where he could cultivate friendships with folks from his parish, from shared history and empathetic experiences. The people, employees and residents, embraced my father at a difficult time in his life and helped make him comfortable and serene.

  5. Just visited Clarendale again with my 94-year-old mother, and she’s finally decided to add her name to the waiting list for an apartment in Assisted Living. Huge decision, long in the making! I felt compelled to write this note to Traci, the sales and marketing senior director, and want to share it here:

    Traci, I want to thank you for our return visit today. Not just for dinner, which my mom really enjoyed, and the friendly visit with Barbara, a resident, who came over to our table to say hello, but especially for the long and compassionate conversation you had with my mother as we sat in the lobby before we ate. It was a beautiful thing, seeing you draw my mother out, listen to her concerns, treat her with respect, and give her as much time as she needed. I felt like crying. I’ve witnessed so many representatives of eldercare facilities talk to my mom or my mother-in-law as if they were five-year-olds when we’ve visited. You definitely don’t do that. I’m so impressed. Thank you so much, again.

    I have been at The Park at Copper Creek for almost three years and absolutely love it. The staff cares about the residents and always communicates any changes as well as allowing residents to take part in suggesting activities (so many &so much fun!), chef chats, and way more. The in-house Restaurant, Bistro & Salon could compete with any other popular spots in town. They are very attentive to my needs and always keep my part-time assistant updated on any events when she is away. I would highly recommend Copper Creek.

    When choosing a senior living community for your loved one, it’s more than selecting the one that is beautiful or most attractive. Even though The Park at Copper Creek is outstanding in elegance and ambience, the true beauty lies in the residents and staff. Upon meeting with Lisbeth, we knew this was the perfect place for our mom. We knew that our young-at-heart, 79 year old mom would thrive in the midst of the activities and the residents who were so kind and quick to provide their own tales of experiences within the community. We had dinner one evening, and several residents came by, pulled up a chair, and introduced themselves. At that moment, we knew we had selected the right place. Our mom is a recent widow and this change is going to be a bit challenging for her. She hasn’t been alone and on her own for a long, long time. I feel confident that she will find life-long friends here at the Park at Copper Creek and we can rest easy knowing that she is in GREAT hands with the friendly and competent staff.

    We can’t say enough positive things about our experience with The Park. Having tried several places before finding The Park, we can’t imagine having our mom anywhere else. The staff and the residents are wonderful. Very caring, open and make the experience so positive. They have a program that pairs new residents with an existing resident to help meet people and dine with. We wouldn’t have come to realize how important this is had we not have had very bad experiences in the prior residences we tried. It allowed our mom to feel comfortable on day 1. The amenities are also fantastic as is the food.

    A little over a year ago we started looking for a place my father would make his next and potentially his last home. This was a very important decision for him because he was moving with us to AZ from CO, where he lived the past 43 years, but more importantly was transitioning from living on his own in a house to living in a senior community. My daughter did the first preview tour for us and after her visit she told her grandfather and me that this was the place. She spoke highly of the Director of Community Relations, Lisbeth. She said Lisbeth was very friendly and helpful during the tour (I’m sure the chocolate cake didn’t hurt either). My father and I came to town to take a tour of a few places in the area, including this place and we both knew right away that The Park at Copper Creek would be his new home. Since October 2022, this has been his home. He has made many friends, loves going to the shows that are coordinated by the Activities department, and more importantly, speaks highly of the food and all of the staff there. For us, we know he’s in a safe environment where everyone cares. I’m so thankful we found The Park at Copper Park!

    My parents moved in last May and have enjoyed being here. Unfortunately my father passed away in November but he would always say how great everyone was and how he loved being there. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Cathy & Lizabeth make a great team and have been a big help to my mother deal with the passing of my farther. The rest of the staff is very caring to all the patrons and make it a joy for those of us visiting our loved ones.

    My grand babies live here place is pretty calm and quiet at night all day it’s to hot for kids to play plus they really don’t have anything on the play ground it looks like a little empty field run down equipment man! They need to get something for the kids to do there before they get bored and turn down the wrong street! Let the kids be kids get them swings n stuff man make it look nice it’s low income for families but don’t look set up for the children to enjoy!
