a year agoI have always has good service here. First time I went in the building. It is clean and looks new, very fast service at noon. Really good chicken sandwich! They also have a drive through, which is convenient.3 months agoIt is your basic KFC. It did undergo a new paint job not too long ago, so it is nice looking. The food is served hot and fast. My only complaint is in the drive through they either forget something in my order or don’t give me the sauce I requested about 50% of the time.a month agoI went through the drive-thru a woman take my order her name was Ashley she was very kind, she had a lot of patience with me while I was trying to figure out what I wanted to order. Irate her customer service Way beyond five stars my food was hot and fresh and I got exactly what I ordered2 weeks agoManagement is very disrespectful. Customer service is non existent . It’s clear to see that employees have such bad attitudes as this is something Mangement facilitates and encourages as they too minimize your experience, are dismissive and unwelcoming. General management and store managers are disappointing2 months agoOur drive thru workers were very polite but our gift card wasn’t working so we had to cancel. They really tried and apologized for the problem.

2 months agoThe woman working behind the counter who took my order was so friendly and had good energy. Seemed to take a lot pride in her job and made sure she very customers had what they needed. Noteworthy great customer service.Atmosphere was very clean and nicely decorated!
Knocked a star off because the chicken was rubbery. Also, I’m sure this is a corporate policy not a local branch thing but I was very surprised when a staff member made a mom and her young daughter pay before they used the bathroom. It was obvious they were there to sit down and eat and the kid had to use the bathroom so I thought that wasn’t appropriate.
a year agoI don’t understand how this place stays open, it is so badly run. I placed an online order for pickup and when I got the notification food was ready I went inside to get it. A worker then asks if I ordered chicken (at KFC??) and I say yes, they say they’ll start cooking it and it will be 20 minutes. I sit and wait, multiple people come in and after ordering get told the chicken needs to be cooked and will be 20 minutes, most end up leaving. After 35 minutes the food is finally ready, and all of the sides are cold since they were packed before they even started cooking the chicken. Oh, and the dining area had 0 people eating in, but was a mess. It was impressively bad all around.3 months agoI placed an online order for a chicken nugget and proceeded to the store to pick it up. Upon arrival, the individual who identified themselves as the manager informed me that someone had already collected my order and rudely dismissed me. The manager refused to engage in any conversation or acknowledge my order, simply instructing me to leave the store. However, I can confidently state that no one entered the store after I placed my order, as I remained in my car directly in front of the main entrance. This incident can only be described as a blatant act of theft, right under my nose.4 months agoI don’t eat out much but when me and my friend got food from this restaurant. The service was alright. But our chicken was way to salty. 😢 sadly when I called to let someone know “Idk what I can do about that, I don’t control how our workers prep the chicken…….” I hope management can do a better 🙏 I’m not mad but the lady had no customer service2 years agoMaybe the stars aligned for us, but boy was our experience here great. Parking lot was clean and empty when we arrived around 2pm. Got a spicy chicken sandwich, Nashville hot tenders, a ten piece bucket of fried chicken, and a coke slaw on the side. The service was exceptionally fast, not even a line at the drive thru, and everything came out piping hot. All the chicken were so juicy and the coleslaw hit the spot. When we asked for ketchup, they gave us a good amount for the food too. Probably the best experience we’ve had at a KFC.

Eating here was an adventure, the double down changed me, after eating it I was legit closer to god both physically and emotionally
I went here on a Monday night. Drive-thru employee was obviously in a rush. I ordered a two piece, and asked for white meat. He asked me what type of drink, and I replied, “strawberry shake”. He then said we only have Crispy. I said, cool, crispy chicken is fine, strawberry shake please. He then said they were out of ice cream, so I ordered a different drink. I get to the window, and it is being ran by the manager in a white & black stripped shirt. I get my food and then drive into the parking lot.
When I opened my food, I realize I got dark chicken, even though I had asked for white.I go back to the drive-thru, and keep getting cut-off by the manager when I try to explain I received the wrong type of chicken. He eventually allows me to say my whole piece, and explains they will make it right, and give me the chicken I asked for. When I get to the open window, he is grinding his jaw, and screaming as more people are ordering behind me. I also watch him make drinks with ice cream (even though he told me earlier they had no ice cream) He hands me the food, and tells me to take care.
If you are the franchise owner seeing this, you should reconsider this guy being your manager. It appeared he was on drugs, and it’s obvious his energy negatively affects his other staff. If you are the manager I interacted with, please consider getting yourself help.
The owners should take care of their surroundings, grounds, and buildings. It’s scary coming in the evening. And only slightly better during daylight hours.
The chicken tenders were more breading and less meat. The fries barely warmed, biscuits shrunk? A&W root beer Great! (and I really don’t drink soda pop any more!)
I don’t eat out at KFC… once a year, if that!
The taste was what I remembered, but not the substance.
Didn’t realize these guys were back open operating on pre-pandemic conditions until the other evening when I happened to walk by and discovered they’re doing dine-in again and that was that. Went in, spent 20 minutes looking at the menu, asked a bunch of half-baked almost questions and once I thought I’d pressed my luck as far as one should in the heart of SE Portland around dusk, I ordered my meal and it was ready to take on down the road within 5 minutes flat. Fresh and warm. Extra crispy. Always recommend the Colonel’s Extra Crispy Chicken, mashed potatoes a w/ gravy and a side order of that KFC recipe Cole Slaw…🤤
They were really fast and friendly at this location! I always overlook here because of the part of town but it was fast, hot fresh food with nice people working there.
