a month agoKroger is always my go to; If they can’t get their prices under control it won’t be much longer… Quality food should not be expensive, it should be accessible, affordable, and everyone should have the ability to get what they need… This really is the metric of how successful a country, state, or nation is. If people struggle to eat healthy it will negatively affect all aspects of their life… You want to tell someone you love them… Cook something for them. This is what they will remember, enjoy, and appreciate.5 months agoIt seems like this Kroger is holding out on the meat and seafood dept. The others in the area are so much nicer.11 months agoWe made a large order through the deli to feed a family before a funeral. With such a sad occasion, this deli and it’s employees lifted our spirits exponentially! Our trays of food were full and fresh! Our order was completed perfectly after a few calls from them to me. I came from out-of -state and could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you!5 years agoOverall great store with friendly and professional staff. The Minute Clinic which is located in the store is very helpful for quick medical needs. The story seems very clean and the selection is great.a year agoFirst off I was in this store for approximately an hour. Shopping around I found a few things with my mother in-law. At approximately 11:15 we head to the check out. Only 1 register open, and I section of self checkout going. There’s 10 or so people standing in the line for a worker to check them out. Self checkout is packed, and a line forming. When it’s finally my turn, the total came to $7?.00. when I questioned the total, the lady went to get her boss. A few minutes later a worker shows up, and has an attitude. Let’s just say I left with nothing. The majority of the employees at this store are so very rude!! I think management need to be more involved with customers, and lack of consideration from their staff. After that visit, I’d rather spend my money at a convenient store, and pay higher prices.

2 months agoMy go-to Kroger. Employees are always so polite and helpful and the store is clean and well stocked. The produce section is also great and fresh. I have two Kroger stores closer to me but will travel here for the better service.a month agoSwitching it all to self checkout. Do I even need to explain myself? Are they such money hungry leeches that they’ll fire their employees, remove jobs, and make it harder and longer for everyone else? I hope whoever made that decision gets fired and boycotted from running a store ever again. Such a ghoulish human being in the middle of this economy8 months agoThis Kroger is always the worst. There are rarely people working the meat/seafood or lunch meat section. Today is Wednesday December 21st. I stop in to get lunch meat at 4:30 Pm after work and both the lunch meat section AND the seafood/meat section are closed. How the hell do you close these sections at 4:30 Pm on a weekday? It’s not a holiday. I hate coming to this Kroger but it’s on my way home. Would recommend avoid at all costs.in the last weekYou can’t have bad customer service and make me do all the work, if I wanted to be a cashier in your store I’d apply. Stay in your lane kroger.6 months agoI tried to buy some beer travelling back home (35 year old Canadian), was asked for ID, and they told me I needed my passport. No sale, just a waste of time, even though I had several pieces of identification (passport was left in hotel). Short stocky manager was rude and unapologetic.Won’t be going back, and neither should you!

Better option than the Cool Springs location. Stock is hit or miss though. Rye bread was gone along with others, store brand milk half gallon 2% was gone Mezzetta tamed mild jalapenos were gone. Nice store. Busy area on Murfreesboro Rd.
Typical Kroger, I’ll be at one of the nicer ones that I have patroned over the years. The parking lot is not very large which can make things a bit hectic at peak times. Highly recommend you visit this location at off hours during the day or evening. There is a gas station on site at this location. Watch out for the carts in the parking lot as well as it is on a big slope!
Largest Kroger I’ve been in, but they have the same problems other nearby grocery stores do. The produce department has a hard time getting in fresh fruit, especially bananas which are always overripe. This particular store also has a checkout problem – not enough cashiers and often long lines in the self checkout. Weird.
Rude employees. Almost no employees Trashy aisles. Bad produce. Attracts the worst customers. Nothing but self service checkout is ever open. Now they added self serve conveyer belts for larger purchases but they never work. And reduced the number of regular self service machines. Brilliant. Kroger ain’t that much cheaper than anywhere else if at all. Bye bye.
Always a great options on food and other products. Staff is always so nice and helpful.
