3 months agoI had an absolutely fantastic experience at my local Kroger store! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist me. The store was impeccably clean and well-organized, making it a breeze to find everything I needed. The variety and quality of products available were impressive, with a wide range of fresh produce, delicious deli items, and a well-stocked grocery section. The checkout process was quick and efficient, thanks to the courteous and speedy cashiers. I also appreciated the convenience of the pharmacy and other services offered in-store. Kroger truly exceeded my expectations with their exceptional customer service, great selection, and overall pleasant shopping experience. I highly recommend this Kroger store to anyone looking for a top-notch grocery shopping experience!3 years agoI absolutely love this Kroger. It is not only beautifully placed as far as location but it is beautifully built as well. It has drive thru pharmacy, propane, easy access water and gas and much much more. I come to this location every chance I get! The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The store is always neat clean and organized and there is a lot of parking which is great.2 years agoExtremely disappointed. I did a pick up today for 7p. I usually don’t have any problems with pick up or the app. Bt today I received moldy veggies & one of my eggs was cracked so bad that yolk was spilling out the carton. I was also missing items & didn’t revive a notification that the items were not in stock. I’m definitely gonna have to reconsider keeping my business at this location. You can’t make careless mistakes when people are paying for food.5 years agoClean store. Friendly employees. Great availability of groceries. I come here for regular grocery shopping, and occasional hot wheels run.a year agoAntonio and Neva were so understanding when I had to put a couple of items back due to lack of funds on a pick up order. They helped make sure I didn’t feel bad and it didn’t bother them to do the extra work. These two are super great assets and have Amazing customer service skills.

Their Curbside pickup is completely awful. I have never successfully executed curbside pick up from them. I never get the text it is ready. It has not been ready and don’t you dare even think of trying to get something Frozen. This is a good Kroger if you just want to use the self-check out and get a few items in and out. Other than that, I would drive the few miles down the road to the Kroger on Whitlock (or the one further down on New Macland).4 months agoI’ve been a faithful Kroger customer, but literally every time I go to this location, they’re out of multiple things that I need. It’s so frustrating to pack my kids in the car for a shopping trip and then realize I have to go to another store and do it again, especially when I’m running late. I avoid Publix because the prices are higher there, but I’m going to start going there first because I’m genuinely fed up with how many times this has happened.2 months agoThis is strictly a review on this store’s pickup. You pick an hour time slot to come and pickup your groceries. I clicked on my way when I was 20 mins from the store. I got to the store a few mins after the start of my time slot and said I’m here. Fifteen minutes later a worker comes out and tells me it will be another 45 mins to an hour until my order is ready. I’m frustrated but I say ok and go run an errand and come back 45 mins later. I am now not able to check in online so I call the store to speak to someone in pickup, which takes about 5-10 mins with me being placed on hold. The pickup department answers and say that they need to go back to some room and they’ll be out shortly. I finally received my order 35 minutes later.4 months agoThank you to the Manager Katrina who went above and beyond to help me find the product that I was looking for. She was very friendly and had great customer service. We need more people like her. Thank you Katrina!!

Money center opens at 8. Lady told me 11. Because she didn’t want to do anything. It’s 9:23am. Terrible place.
They had five cars waiting for store pickup. The manager came out and told us they would be out shortly. 45 minutes later, Eric finally decided to tell people that they wouldn’t receive their order today. I went inside to cancel my order, he stated that it was, but yet 30 minutes later I had to return to the store again to get it canceled. This is the worst store for curbside pickup. They also never answered the phone, the entire hour plus I attempted contact.
Store was supposed to close at 11pm. Drove there to get some things but closed early…
Please hire people that can tell time!!!

Horrible enviroment.. change employees every week .. nobody cares about customer at this supermarket no more.
I use to enjoy going to this Kroger’s. The bathrooms are filthy & they run out of things too quickly.
Now I go to another Kroger’s.
