2 months agoWalked into Krogers yesterday looking for a particular item and none on the shelf. Found a young man named Ramsey who found some in the back. He was very cheerful, funny, and enjoyable to talk to, and that is what reminded me why I like shopping at Krogers. Also, Donald and is another great man at Krogers. Donald is the most absolute wonderful kindest professional employee there.4 months agoDon’t go to this location and expect to be able to get anything from the deli. The past 3 times I have made special trips to this location just for the deli I have left empty handed. I’ve tried going on different days and even at different times to try and get served. None of which ended up with me able to get anything. This is a 20 minute drive for me each time, all a waste. If you want deli meat save yourself time and effort, go somewhere else.3 years agoI came here to check for specific items that I needed for dinner. I found several of my ingredients here and got them for our dinner special. I found that the store was fairly well organized and the shelves were stocked nicely. The self check, check-out cashier area was clean when I went through it. The ability to move quickly through the area was okay with the cart.a year agoGreat food and great service. Excellent prices. Thank you.2 months agoI placed a pick up order a day in advance and when I arrive at the store, they did not have my order ready. I was a little confused because the app displayed that my order was ready. I’m super disappointed because I live 15 to 20 minutes away and it’s not very convenient to have to keep driving back. Gas isn’t exactly cheap right now.

Went to this Kroger in Flower Mound. Since it was a Sunday afternoon, the place was busy, as they had good deals om Produce, Dairy and Dry Groceries, viz Save $1 Each when you buy 5bor more participating items with Card. I was kind of disappointed that the section by the entrance was all mushy because of the remnants from the bad weather 2 Days ago, and a national chain like Kroger didn’t do much to clear the mess, which made the store front dirty when customers walked in to the store. Other than that, we walked out the store by buying substantial groceries for $55.00, in addition to a 24 Pack of Kroger Water for FREE !
I wouldn’t believe it if I hadn’t experienced it. Only ONE cashier on a Saturday afternoon. Literally everyone using self check. My challenge? No scanners that could reach the large 32 bottled water that I wanted to buy. My goodness. Is someone actually managing this store. Going back to Market Street for sure.
Really bad experience today on 7-18-23 an older employee with the name Rick harassed me and my young child at self checkout. Accused me of stealing, threw my bread out of the buggy and squished it onto the scanner. All that and it had indeed been scanned. I thought he was coming over to ask me if I needed help scanning the large items under the basket but he was not. Please keep in mind this older gentleman was being nice to everyone else and only treated me and my daughter and another gentleman that way that was checking out next to us.. He was prejudice and very aggressive. Moved me out of his way to touch the scanner area and was checking every item. The manager came and indeed saw that I had paid for every item in my buggie.. she didn’t seem to care much when I mentioned what had happened but was sweet and said she would “talk to him about it” people like that should not be in customer service. He even touched my buggie with my child in it and moved it out of the way. Had no regards to my space or my child’s. It’s really sad…… I no longer will be shopping at this location and I will be reporting this store today to corporate. My husband called the store to discuss with manager and the manager said “it wasn’t in ricks character to accuse someone of stealing” which is ridiculous. They told my husband there is not audio to go back and look back on cameras to see what happened. Just video. I’m sure if you pick the footage of even just the video you would see the harassment that took place. Something else to get brushed under the rug. Will be filing now.
Kroger is the worst. Bartonville location repeatedly didn’t have orders ready and extremely long waits and cancellations with no warning. Switched to flower mound location and am having similar experience. Have shown up on time to be told sorry your order will be ready an hour late please come back in an hour. Last order was canceled when I arrived for pick up with no explanation other than sorry feel free to place a new order. I placed both orders about 6 hours before pick up time. I am done with Kroger will move on to Tom Thumb
I frequent this location for grocery shopping and generally have a great experience. However, I went yesterday around noon and the lady working the deli was incredibly rude. Very inpatient, unwilling to explain anything, and just had poor customer service overall. They do their cuts of meat differently than Walmart, so I wasn’t sure exactly how to ask for what I needed. She had no patience for that and told “let me know when I’m ready. I’m very busy and have a lot of orders ahead of you.” Pretty disappointing so I probably won’t use the deli at this location again.
However, I do want to give props to the lady that was running the self check out section. She was SO friendly, patient, and willing to help with the monitors even though I know she was overwhelmed with work because everyone’s monitors were going off!
