a week agoThis store is ok for what it is. I do have great concerns with a few issues they possess but, do not choose to correct. Be aware of the products you choose, many many items that are stocked haven’t been rotated. So most likely you’ll be buying a out of date item. The workers in the deli aren’t following food handling safety protocol I have seen them cleaning with gloves on, touching their hair, scratching the face then touch ready to eat food for the customer without washing their hands or changing gloves. They sell fruits and vegetables these have gone bad. I have talked with store management, but yet it doesn’t matter. But yet they get a passing score from the health department. Be careful and aware.3 weeks agoSherri at the register made my trip today a five star experience! She was so very kind and patient with the customer ahead of me who needed her receipt broken down for her. Without missing a step, Sherri took care of me, made my daughter smile and was an absolute delight. Thank you, Sherri, for making our day a bright one!3 months agoGreat location. This store is clean. It has everything you could need. Quick check out, with both self check out as well as cashiers. Overall a good store for grocery needs. This was my first visit to this store. I will need to visit a few more times to get a more accurate review.a month agoClean store, good variety, we actually found a real cashier. Past visits have been difficult as the self-check registers are outdated with no hand scanning limit on number of items allowed without an employee approval. I will not stop Dolphin Drive store with problems at self-checkout. Sad no baggers are available. We had an older cashier this trip and she was excellent, old school service the younger ones can keep pace. I remember days when we had baggers and help loading the car. This poor cashier had to run register and help load cart. I would pay more at a grocery that provides traditional services.5 months agoThis location always has high quality produce and they do an excellent job at keeping everything well stocked. The staff is always very kind and the self check out is super convenient. The additional alcohol shop has a great selection as well. Parking can be an issue depending on the time of day so I would recommend going later in the evening or on weekdays.

It was crowded with so many people trying to get last minute Easter food. But after making making my choices the line was quick. I wasn’t so sure after seeing such a,long wait line. Even the self check out was full. But it only took a few minutes in line before my turn. I dont remember the last time I’d seen so many people working so fast deligent. My items were packed and ready as soon as I paid. Nothing was cracked, broken, squashed or left behind. I even was given assistance putting the heavy objects in my car. Kroger us getting better everyday. They’ve really hired an awesome staff ,
Store is infested with rats. I overheard two clicklist employees talking about it while I was doing some shopping. Needless to say I left my cart and went to Walmart. It’s apparently been a problem since the old store manager was there and it continues to get worse. They’re especially bad in the meat department and dairy. I bet that’s why they keep closing off their coolers for weird reasons. A huge corporation like that definitely has the money to get rid of them, not sure why they’re not taking the steps to do so.
The price of the coupons on the shelf did not match the digital ones on the app. I had to go around the store twice to take pictures of the price on the shelves due to it not being correct. This happens every time. They could have easily asked an associate to go check.
Produce is never fresh did not care for the pasta the had to have dropped and shaken the

Kroger Dolphin Drive. Deli department needs to step there game up. Had to wait nearly 20 mins for service. No one was running the front. Food bar only had 6 choices of food and all chicken related and 1 side of potato wedges. Had to call on the phone to get service.
