From start to finish, my experience with this tire shop has been nothing short of fantastic.2 months agoMy go to Saturday morning car wash. Love these guys so much. They are all very nice and get straight to the point. The line can get pretty long to get inside, the are pretty busy weekend mornings, so go early. Weekdays aren’t as busy. But I’m never having to wait long once I’m in the wash, they get to work and always do a thorough job, inside and out. Reasonably priced and great location.8 months agoBubbles Car Wash is the best Car Wash in Jersey City. And I would say based on my experience, best in NYC too. Very good prices and very good job done. I am using their services since 2019.On top of this, owner and people who work in the shop, all are very professional and kind hearted people. 3 months agoI went for the car wash today. Now I get it why so many spoke about the guy behind the cash counter( He is not the best guy to deal with). Otherwise, I found the cleaning staff very nice. No complaints on service but cashier(probably he is the owner), needs to change his demeanour for good.a year agoQuick and easy wash! There was line but didn’t take too long! We were done with in less thn 10 mins. The car wash for only outside took 3 mins and it costed 8$ which is cheap and also quick. Good service

3 weeks agoI never write reviews, but I was livid after this experience. First of all, when they told me my car was ready I had to point out that the side of my car clearly wasn’t cleaned and had them wipe off mud. They also didn’t clean the fenders so I had to do it myself. Then I noticed that there was sticky residue on my windshield. They made no attempt to clean it and when I pointed that out they told me they don’t clean it. They suggested I take rubbing alcohol when I get home and clean it myself. The manager was extremely rude and disinterested in helping, in fact, he just walked away. Never going to this place again.5 months agoThe worst service that you will get from a bad team and management. You paid good money to NOT get your car clean, my car rims were dirty when they gave me my car back, their excuse: if the machine don’t clean it, is not my problem. Thanks2 months agoI called to ask about the oil change and also if they have an engine filter to change it and they said they don’t have it on stock so I told them I’ll bring my own engine filter and if they could change it for me I went there to change the oil after I asked them nicely to change that engine filter as well that I bought it they said that they use their own engine filter when I was told on phone which they don’t have it. Short story they are a scam service. Never never never going there anymore they are going to be with 3 star review soon.a month agoOn Monday August 21 I went to do oil change, according to the receipt they checked mi tires air pressure, lights coolant, breaks etc, is a total lie he never check any of my breaks fluid or anything 😒 the only thing he check was the water for my wipers.One of my lights was not working, if I didn’t realize today i probably get a ticket, my air pressure on tires need it to be fill up on the 4 tires, coolant he never checked basically they don’t care about your car, I’m afraid I have to check if they really change my oil. Is first time I go back since they reopen, seems like is new administration. And is not good.

Basic Carwash was free with the oil change. Although it wasn’t the best car wash, at least it was free.
Location was convenient, around many stores.
The worst service I’ve ever had in my life. We paid for the ritz service but the car is not any cleaner then when we brought it. They spent no more than 5 minutes total on the car from start to finish.
Places like this should not exist, they just still your money and then you have to pay someone else to do the job properly. Please do not go to this place, because, you can definitely tell they are not interested in making your car look clean and tidy, like the way should be, but just “stilling” as much money as possible.
Have been coming here past few years for oil changes and each time I go, I can be 100% sure to be up-charged by atleast $150, and more. Never fails.
This last week they’ve been understaffed and cars waiting in line to get in, I’ve never had to wait in line to get in this place and the guy working on my car was working on another car, which is also unusual here , and this made him not pay good enough attention on my car. I watched him as he was rushing servicing another car that came in after mine and feel as a result he didn’t give proper attention to my vehicle. Was here about an hour. Not his fault, bcus the place was understaffed.
Will be searching for another mechanic.
After my service, I left in a rush. Next day I realised they stole my sunglasses, and car battery jump start kit. My second visit here and I was thinking it was a reliable place. I even tipped the guy, thinking he was working hard. He really did.
They over charge people. Oil change price was reasonable. Air filter price a little high. Then $50 to install the air filter is ridiculous. $160.89 total for an oil change with air filter. Absolutely outrageous.
