4 months agoFantastic service.The person at the window was extremely friendly. The place is very clean. The free vacuums are great, and there is a person outside making sure that no debris is laying around.
I would definitely recommend their monthly program.

Good in theory.. but wont clean my car. I visited one day and got their best wash. It left the back of my car still dirty. I called and complained and they said to come back. I live an hour away. I came back the next day for my “re-wash” and it did nothing to fix my cars dirty rear end. Add a pre wash with workers to get where your wash cant. It’s not just around emblems… it was my bumper!4 weeks agoI love the premise of unlimited washes for a set price, but for several months, I’ve had to go through at least twice to get the leftover soap off. Plus the drying devices don’t seem to ever be working at 100% anymore. Also free floor mat washers.

3 weeks agoPlace was horrible. They don’t stock a single machine. Stole 6 bucks from me and wouldn’t answer call or email. They sure do collect money from the machines daily. They just don’t put stuff in them. Worst experience ever. You would thing a prime location like that would take care of it. Good chance I’ll use them again.a year agoThis place really isn’t worth the trouble of self service. It ended up being the same price as a full service car wash. They do have a change maker that I’ll probably keep using for doing laundry at the laundromat.2 years agoI was not satisfied with the way the Vacuum performed. Hardly any suction and the spot free left my windows looking milky. I took my car home and finished cleaning it. It was $10.00 for the wash and $3.00 for the Vacuum. I just expected better. I will give it another try some other time

We got the $14 level wash and it was way better than many more expensive car washes we’ve gone to around home (I’m from the Kansas City area). We had been up to Nebraska and our hood was covered with bug guts and bird poop. The friendly staff at this car was took their time and gave a lot of care to get my SUV looking so fresh again! I didn’t research beforehand or anything, we just went there because it was on the correct side of the road for us but we’ll be back next time we’re in the St. Joe area! This was money well spent and I was happy to give the staff a tip, as they truly put care into what they were doing.
Oh- my little guy from the back seat was saying “I want to work at a car wash like this one when I get bigger!” so keep on inspiring the next generation, staff at East Ridge!! 😀
