a month agoI have to go to the Car wash anywhere between 1 to 4 times or 5 times a day for a company, And every time I’ve ever gone through everybody including the inside clerks, have been absolutely awesome almost family like. 1person in particular that seems to always stick out and go above and beyond not only for your customers but for your company. South Portland store and his name is Matt g… Some people look at jobs as a pyramid. I do not I see a job as a job i deea job as how well you do it .Matt g does a fantastic job and everybody’s customer service their is an easy 10 🌟 But if a five is all, I can give than a 5. Is what You Get. 🙂

The worst car wash. Completely missed all the dirty spots. Dirt streaks along the side and back of car. That’s what I wanted gone. a year agoAbsolutely amazing… this is now my go to carwash. You can’t beat the value. I was using Scrub-a-Dub car wash for years now. Paying $23.99 (plus tax) for the extreme wash. Crystal Clean Car wash charges $19 for the extreme wash and it comes out 1,000 times better. At scrub-a-dub car wash after getting the extreme wash I ALWAYS had to go into the self serve bays and spend more money getting all the spots that were missed… Not at Crystal Clean Car Wash. Their machine does 3D profiling of your vehicle, and gets EVERY spot THE FIRST TIME… I will never use any other carwash except Crystal Clean on Broadway in South Portland Maine.2 months agoThe vacuum takes only cards $1.00 or $5.00. No coins. No change when you use $5.00. Vacuum only lasted long enough to clean half of my car! No one works there.7 months agoThis is the worst car wash I have ever had the displeasure of going to. AVOID!!! ridiculously overpriced, every other car wash in Portland has better prices. The vacuum prices are absolutely ridiculous. $2 for 2 minutes of vacuum? Insanity. Every other car wash has much cheaper and stronger suction vacuums. I will not be coming back and neither should you!a year agoUsed the dog wash, $15 for 12 min. I was able to get it all done within that time frame. The website is clear on what to expect. The water was warm and the pressure was good. The room is small though and it heats up inside very fast. There are 2 dog washing stations available. The vacuum (for the car) was good.a year agoI’ve been to this location twice. The first time in the soft touch wash one of the brush arms literally fell off the machine and was lying on the ground as I drove off. I told the attendant and no apologies or discount on a wash, just a grumble. The second time, a year later, I used the touch free wash and was left with tons of dirt still on the car on the rocker panels and this ridiculous dirt pattern on the rear bumper. Would not recommend.Edit: The owner/manager responded and invited me to come in again to try the wash another couple times. The first time my bumper was still left dirty, similar to my prior experience. The second time soap was still left on the car, and I had to finish rinsing it off with a hose when I got home. I give credit to the owner/manager for reaching out and trying to rectify the situation, but the carwash itself just doesn’t hit the mark.

Five stars for customer service! Malcolm was helpful and friendly with offering the different washes. Love they free vacuums available. I do wish the wash did a better job of cleaning the wheel wells. I would’ve preferred to use the self serve wash vs. the result I got from the drive through machine.
Customer service is so important in today’s world. I got Great customer service from one employee named Malcom. He saw some tree sap on my truck window and took an extra second to clean it prior to me going through the wash. I will continue to use your car wash.
Austin was great! Wonderful, prompt, thorough customer service. Five stars for that. However, the wash chosen whats specifically to clean the undercarriage of which it did a very poor job. When I went home I had to take a hose and do the wheel wells and the parts of undercarriage that the wash missed. I’d like to consider this as a place to come in the winter, for periodic undercarriage washes to remove salt etc from the roads. I guess i need to ask more questions next time.
Malcolm did a great job of getting my car prepped before I went through the car wash which made for a better finished experience. That does not always happen here. He also was very personable and pleasant.
What good is a car wash without soap?
The past couple weeks, the self-serve car wash bays have been out of soap. Beyond that, the water pressure on the machines with soap has been woefully low. I’d avoid this location for a wash, but the free vacuums and relatively cheap gas are still a draw.
