Everyone is always kind and they answer all of your questions. The car wash always does a great job of making our car look brand new. The cabinet is always stocked with supplies to clean your car with and the vacuum areas are always clean. I know that any membership with any company has a monthly fee however; since he is the owner, that’s exactly how he pitched it as if he was giving me something and I’m very fond of getting great deals and free stuff!! I wasn’t aware that this company was going to charge my card $40 the following month and they had the nerve to try and make me feel unintelligent when I mentioned it as if the owner didn’t intentionally use an extremely poor and dishonest tactic to try to gain automatic monthly revenue! 4 weeks agoToday was my first time at This Location. The facility looked well maintained. The Attendees were smiling 😃 and appeared happy to help. I got the basic wash for $8. This wash was okay. I guess my car was too dirty to get totally clean with the basic and I didn’t have time to run it back through. I will be back tho!! I will try it again just because the were nice and friendly.6 months agoDrew did a great job with my car. I keep it pretty clean but kids add dirt, throw in the rain and you have to take it get it done by pros. Drew took care of me. Car was vacuumed, wiped down and blown out beautifully. Yall go see Red Oak Car wash and get the premium wash. They’ll take care of you.AND don’t be stingy and tip those guys and gals well for that 5 star treatment. They earn that money. You get what you pay for.

3 months agoI’m writing this review only because of my past 2 visits. A few months ago I decided to purchase a monthly membership with Red Oak Carwash. Unfortunately, my past 2 visits was a very bad experience. Why? You may ask.. my car got damaged twice and the company had no remorse or concern on how they could work with me on fixing my car. Literally, on today after my car went through the carwash …. I started vacuuming my car out I noticed my metal decal that sits on my car was completely ripped off and missing. Also, on my last visit my hood got dented along with black rubber soot that ran down my hood all the way to the front car light. Again, I brought it to the manager’s (Jose’s-attention, )yet he didn’t act concerned. At that moment he went inside Carwash to look for it and brought it back to me and placed it in my hand. He told me it happens and take it to the dealer and let them fix it. After going back and forth I decided to cancel my membership and I’ll never go back. Poor service..2 weeks agoHorrible.. The company does not like to take accountability for the damaged a vehicle.. Stating even I if went to another car wash this would have happen. Straight forward process you drive in your dirty vehicle and come clean on the other end. The free vacuum is definitely a plus. I didn’t have any issues with an all wheel drive vehicle going thru. I would recommend driving in any vehicles with antennas or spoilers.
Bought the $25 membership to this place and my truck is dirtier when I go out then when I go in there was a greasy film on my truck windows the pictures that you see here are actual pictures from inside the car wash and that’s how their curtains look they’re nasty and the management refuses to clean it or fix it for over a week now customer service is non-existent when contacted definitely would not recommend Go Anywhere But Here.
I’ve been here two or three times now and didn’t have a problem until last Saturday when I stopped by for a quick car wash. When I went through the car wash, the brushes took off/damaged a top panel at the rear of my vehicle. The assistant manager on hand was not well equipped to handle the issue and lacked any real concern or seriousness over the matter. He didn’t even collection my name or contact info and I had to insist that he do so. They even refused to provide a refund for the car wash and directed me to email customer service. I then emailed customer service and they also refused to issue a refund even though I had submitted a claims report for the damage. Clearly, this was an unsatisfactory experience, and they should be putting in more effort to resolve the situation and yet they show new care or willingness to assist. I will be submitting my complaint to the state of texas next and submitting a report to the better business bureau.
This place use to be good. They would have someone mop the grill and tail of you vehicle. Now there are two people at the front that spray a little soap on your windows. I just came from there about 15 minutes ago.
Love the car wash, Tolu is my guy! Great price great wash, free vacuums what else can you ask for? Highly recommend!
