8 months agoDecent prices for monthly memberships. Excellent for winter time to keep my car clean of salt. Can wash it every day if need be. Nice that the vacuums are free. I got the cheapest membership at $20.00 a month. I’ve only had it for about 5 days and have been through 3 times. The quality of wash is what I expect with an automatic car wash. All in all so for I’m pleased with my purchase.5 months agoBusy place, but they keep the line moving efficiently. You can buy a single wash or sign up for a membership with unlimited washes per month. As with all these kinds of places, there are several levels of wash service (undercarriage, “wax,” etc.). We use it regularly and have been fully satisfied. Complimentary vacuums are available, too. I’ve used that service twice and found it effective.5 months agoWas a member for several months. Then they raise the price 6 dollars a month and cut the service you get. With the old $24 a month plan you used to get tire shine. Then they raise the price to $30 a month and removed the tire shine and if you want a towel to wipe the dash off you have to buy a towel membership. Would recommend going to Mike’s car wash much better.2 months agoJuly 29,2023I visited the Dorothy Lane location to get a new sticker for my car , i never frequent this location because im just not a fan of the area. I decided to this day because it was in route to where I was going. Kam assisted me and was very rude and unprofessional and nearly put my life in danger due to a sticker that I paid for and refused to reassign. I explained I would be getting my window tint and need a sticker and wanted to apply it once it was done. He told me he couldn’t do that. I said okay place the sticker on there and I’ll just replace it once I got my window tint and go to another location and have it replaced again, since I don’t come to that one often. He told me I couldn’t do that and that he wouldn’t apply the sticker regularly. This was upsetting and I let him know he would need to give me what I paid for , refund me for the full/part of the month , or I would need his managers information to get this taken care of. Kam yelled at me and told me he was the manager and I needed to chill repeatedly. I never once raised my voice or used vulgar language with him. He picks up the phone and calls 911 because he said I was aggressive and needed to chill. All I wanted is what I paid for and what you have my credit card information on file for. What we are not doing in 2023 is calling the police on a BLACK MAN due to a verbal disagreement because the “manager” can’t communicate with emotional intelligence and explain situations while finding alternatives to help customers. AND YOU CERTAINLY DONT YELL CHILL AND REFUSE TO GIVE CORPORATE/MANAGER INFORMATION WHEN A CUSTOMER IS UPSET. I left the location because I’m not losing my life in Moraine (known to not favor African Americans) because this young man was ignorant enough to not know how to do his job and wanted to falsely accuse/spew lies about me to the police. I called the Far Hills location and found out I could get an outside sticker, Kam NEVER OFFERED ME THAT ! I greatly appreciate the Far Hills location manager for allowing me to vent and explain my situation, it was needed and for providing me with Corporates number so that I can call first thing Monday when they’re open. I greatly appreciate the Miamisburg location Site Manager for assisting me and letting me know it would be a one time fee of 10$ to apply the sticker/switch , and Eric for placing the sticker on my window.
I can’t believe I paid for a membership to be profiled , labeled as aggressive , and have my life put in harms way because of an ill-trained employee that is said to be a manager. I’m going to finish my month out and possibly keep one more since I’ve already had to pay 10$ for an outside sticker. But the company needs to handle this and Kam ASAP ! I only have a membership because of the convenience of locations compared to other car washes , but if this is how employees are trained to treat customers , you have lost a customer in me and I’ll be sure if this isn’t handle to head on over to Tik Tok to get the word out.
6 months agoWow! There are better places to get your vehicle done. Prices have gone up again. They always had towels available to use to help cover the cost. Now towels are $4 each. Yikes! They charge more to wash your vehicle and give you less. The wash unlimited went from $27 to $36. Charges for towels. What’s next? $1 per min for vacuuming use? Not yet. But my question is it is on the horizon? Oh well. It was good while it was customer focused. Now it is only the bottom line. Customers have now taken a back seat.

4 months agoThis is the best car wash I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years! Everyone here is so nice. This car wash will never damage your car. They also have so many services such as different car washes, interior detail packages, exterior detail packages and head light lens cleaning process to remove fog from the lens. This place comes highly recommended!!! Great value and service!!!4 months agoI like the thoroughness of this place but out of three visits, I have gotten three different prices for the exact same service on the exact same car and day of the week, ranging between $16.99 and $22. When I inquired this last visit I was told the price varies, depending on which person takes your order and is entirely up to the individual “salesman” as they referred to the intake person. Not sure I will go back since I don’t know what they will charge that day for the same car and same service. Seems like a weird way to run a business.a year agoDecided to get “the works” because It was recommended by someone plus the reviews were convincing. When I got back to the house, I didnt realize the condition of the car. The door still had stains, the cup holders haven’t been cleaned, The glovebox had stains still on it like never been wiped down. if I could have given it 0, I would. cost $39.70 just to get your car halfway done. As good as an auto car wash gets. They have great prices and the memberships pay for themselves quickly. They also have towels and vacuums for free after your wash!
I liked the fact that is car wash has free vacuuming to complete your car wash , however as most of these drive through washes never really get your clean, they way you could do at your home. Personally I would do it if I didn’t have time to do it myself, but paying $40+ dollars a month for unlimited washes is crazy, unless you go a few times a week. Just my opinion.
I travel across the country full time and I’ll say that this car wash is about average for what I find around here. I’m still disappointed – in a world of $20 car washes, I don’t see a reason why they can’t include towels, glass cleaner, and mat cleaners along with the free vacuums. And as for the vacuums, they only have the crevice tools and not the upholstery ones. You can pay a $4 towel fee, which just feels insulting. I realize they are trying to mitigate for stolen towels, but lost towels seem like a standard operating cost to me.
As it is, I left with a car mostly clean on the outside – it really struggled to get the front of my car clean, I had to go home and do it by hand. But it did admirably well on the underbody clean. I just wish I could have had the chance to clean the inside of my car as well. I’m still left with dashboard dust and dirty interior glass.
So, it’s about average for what’s commonly available, but no better.
This chain has been better than others that I’ve tried. My car is left cleaner than any other place and I have not had any issues with scratches or dents in over a year of membership. I also got the unlimited wash so I can run through a many days as I like, especially through the winter or rainy seasons.
As always great service and awesome wash! Love the free vacuum! This is our go-to car wash in the area!
