2 weeks agoWe were wow’ed by the level of service, washing of both the F450 and RV. We paid around 85 bucks or so. Our rig was pretty dirty and when we came out, it was pretty clean. Took them about 25 minutes and a crew of around 8 to get everything done.Wife said as we inspected things afterwards, “It’s WELL WORTH the money. I hope that ALL Blue Beacons are like this one.”
6 months agoThey said, they take care Customers. All Blue Beacon they just want easy money. They never clean the Truck and Trailer. In 25minutes they took my money $166 that’s easy money. I want another franchise company come and bet this Blue Beacon. We have no choice. Take over all businesses. They left my hood latched open too. Almost broke it . They said they clean my trailer with acid but my trailer is not clean . All are dirty6 months agoThese guys crushed it. 22° outside and 600+ miles of winter road grime and ice. They knocked it out super fast. Since time is money, it was well worth it. Quality of the wash surpassed my expectations considering how quickly they got me deiced, cleaned and back on the road. They did 2 hours of work on 20 min. Zero wait (it was 9pm on a Sunday though). Staff was very friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be back here.a week agoGreat job, and thank you for being very careful around the tarp patches! That is very much appreciated 🙏in the last weekI showed up two weeks ago and had my truck washed and it was extremely unimpressive I showed back up today because I do believe in second chances I expressed my concern on the previous wash I had to Ethan and he went above and beyond making sure both my trucks were clean and up to my satisfaction I pulled my truck out let it air dry for a few minutes and noticed a couple minor spots I wasn’t real worried about it but I wanted to show Ethan for next time where to watch because I have a lot of painted parts on my truck he went inside grabbed a brush and a rag come out washed it and hand-dried it for me. Definitely turned my bad experience two weeks ago into a great experience this week I’ll definitely be coming back more often around 5:00 6:00 hopefully he’ll be there to help keep my truck shining going down the road Ethan did an amazing job for me and I am very appreciative. Very friendly very respectful does his job to 100% hard thing to find in employees these days.

a week agoI had to give a star so that I could post my review. However this would have actually been a negative star as I took my new car theough the wash after being told that the wash would not scratch my car. Guess what?!?!? It did just that. I filled out a report and today some rude inconsiderate guy called claiming he was an acting manager stating that it was not their fault.Needless to say I have called, left messages, and now this review to speak with someone who actually know how to converse with people…I’m still waiting…
I would NEVER trust this location with car again!
I caution everyone to LOOK at your car for damages if you use this place. They will not take responsibility for any damage.
4 months agoWe get a nice wash and terrific blow dry. The vehicles are placed a little too close. The personnel are great. The greeting is always with a smile and pleasant conversation and careful guidance. Get your car wash with a bubble bath. Love the fresh scent.2 months agoOf the three breeze thrus in Cheyenne, this one is the easiest to get to the vacuums. Rewashes are easy as well. However, if you just wash and go there is a dumpster obscuring the view of traffic coming in from pershing. It’s a great place to get you car washed, just be careful leaving.a month agoI visited a car wash last weekend in Rapid City — they has a metal plate with a clip to put your mats on to clean them!! How awesome would THAT be here!!!6 months agoGreat customer service. I had a bunch of pine needles in the back of my truck and they got blown all over my truck after the wash. I should have swept them out before. But the attendant sent me through again free of charge and even upgraded me. It made a very good impression on me.

I was excited when the car wash reopened after getting upgrades to their drive through washing equipment. I have a monthly pass and was happy to be able to go back to my regular location. The first time through the “new wash” my 2 door Jeep Wrangler suffered some very unfortunate damage!! The car wash seemed to be moving a little too fast, and somewhat out of control, while we were being pulled through and as a result the brushes tore off my antenna and the housing for it and it literally shattered the back passenger window! The attendants had to stop the machines and have me drive through without finishing the wash. To say that I was devastated, would be putting it mildly. Once parked in the vacuum bay, one of the workers/supervisors, Clay, came out to speak with me and my husband and to file an incident report. Clay is the absolute nicest young man and was extremely helpful, caring and professional through the process even though it was evident that the poor kid was a little stressed and concerned about what had happened.
I received a call two days later from the manager of the location, Alex. The very first thing that he asked me when he called was weather or not everyone that was in the Jeep that day was doing ok and if anyone was injured. That, in and of itself, showed impeccable customer service! He then advised me that it was clear to see on their surveillance cameras that the wash was way too aggressive and was absolutely at fault for the damages to my vehicle. He proceeded to let me know that the company would take care of any and all costs of the repairs at the body shop of my choosing. The only delay in getting the repairs was that the body shop was a busy place and had to schedule me a couple of weeks out. As the repairs were completed, Alex worked directly with the body shop regarding payment and I had not one out of pocket cost.
This was an unfortunate mishap that I don’t believe is a common occurrence and yet both Clay and Alex handled everything with the utmost respect, care and courtesy and they also ensured that everything was done quickly and correctly!
I have since “Breezed Thru” the wash at least weekly if not more often and have had absolutely no further problems. Every time either Clay or Alex are there when I drive thru they take the time to say hello and see how everything is going and I love being considered a “regular”! I HIGHLY recommend this car wash and will be a customer for life!
Went here today to finally get my car washed. Wish I got the name of the person that helped me get a membership today to get my car washed when ever I need to. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get it today after I had told him the site wasn’t really giving me any sort of validation for me to know if I had it set up my account or not but he was able to help make it so much simpler for me to get my account set-up. Definitely will be back at this location again the respect and customer service at this location was definitely better then what I expected!
Cleans about as well as a breeze!!! Was told they don’t guarantee to remove bugs… Why do I need a car wash if not to remove bugs? The good old days of the bug scrub and the windshield towel is definitely over.
The staff was great and kind but the brushes at the car wash seems to be super rough. Going through they had closed my side mirrors in pretty hard and they also destroyed my license plate cover, the license plate cover is made out of metal and it shocked me with how bad it bent both my cover as well as my license plate not only did it bend my metal cover it also snapped it as well. I don’t think I’ll be back just due to the damages that I had received
Rude employees. They only washed half my truck because I have a mounted fuel tank in the bed of the truck. Didn’t tell me they would only wash half before I paid. They freaked out because a trailer hitch in the bed of my truck. If you can lift a trailer hitch off the floor of my bed, you’re going to strip paint. Will never be back.
