3 weeks agoIt was my boyfriend and I first time going to Wash City Car Wash In Apopka, I am very happy with the end result. I had grass on the drivers side of my car bc the grass was cut yesterday morning. I went to wash my car around 7:20pm and I choose the $15.00 one and when I took it through the car wash and I parked to vacuum my car I barely had to dry it. A little bit in the front and the back of the car, the grass was all gone, and the vacuum was so strong my cars floor looked new. They have towels to try you’re car for free and carpet cleaning station, music. What more could you ask for. I would absolutely would recommend going to take you’re car there at Wash City Car Wash In Apopka. I will definitely be come back and getting there membership for sure!! 🙂a month agoI usually wash both my cars myself at least once a month with applying wax. I have done a lot of research so I may not know everything but I know enough about the end product of a properly washed and waxed car. Due to the florida heat I wanted to just get a quick wash and was hoping with all the reviews that this place would be at least acceptable buthowi was wrong. I bought the city light plus ceramic wax package. Drove 10 minutes to home pulled in driveway and my car was just as dirty as when I went in, ran my fingers over the body of my car because if it was waxed it should glide smoothly across but instead there was a lot of friction which means even though I paid $5 for the wax none was applied. In the city lights package there is tire shine but you only get spots of your tire shined as you can see. I do not know why people have given this place good reviews. Check your cars after washing there and don’t waste your money. You should do better for the people city car wash.a month agoGreat value. Fairly priced car wash considering you get free/unlimited use of industrial vacuum, air hose (not for tires, but for nooks/crannies, ducts) and cleaning cloths/Windex. The staff is fine, one or two of them seem a bit surly (maybe just a bad day?), but you have little contact with them and they do their jobs well. Highly recommended.a week agoBig car wash with three lanes and so many vacuum cleaners I love this place if you like to keep your car clean this is the area. I really enjoy the whole experience. From the bug station to the car washing to the ending with the awesome vacuums! It’s nice to be able to scrub the bugs off first.

a month agoI’m not one to ever make a comment, or to give a review…especially a negative one. However, for a company that states they care about high quality, I’m a little concerned.Taking towels and windshield spray away is one way of showing that the bottom line is more important than the customer experience. My car isn’t even dry, and still has soap on it. I’d like to be able to eliminate spots. I’d also like to be able to clean out my door jambs.
I brought this up to the manager, and all he could do was apologize for the change and tell me how much it cost to have towels. Several times he mentioned the cost of towels. I told him of several low-cost approaches to diminish towel theft, but it was apparent to me that the team is not interested in finding a solution.
Increase the price and take away services. Unfortunate.
3 months agoJust left the car wash and absolutely nothing was cleaned on my vehicle. Paid for the guard dog $25 clean and so disappointed. Hoping with the change of er to Mister, it will be a better experience. Will not be back at this location.a week agoThis place used to be good but since the new ownership, it’s worse. We are canceling our membership. They used to have some pre-wash buckets in front to get the tough grime odd before going into the car wash, but those are gone now. Also, the wash quality has declined. We will go elsewherea month agoLoved this location when it was Top Dog. I’ve had a membership for over a year now. I was not notified that it would be changing to Mister Car wash. They took away the drying rags, window spray, and the car wash was rough compared to before. I even had to check to make sure my doors weren’t dented the way the cleaners were bouncing off sides of my car. I’ll be canceling my memberships asap.a week agoNo free towels, no area to wash your carpets or car mats? This place is the worst place ever. If you aren’t a member you dont get towels and you have to drive away with a wet car 😂 very disappointed. What a joke.. This was full service! My first time here was am awesome experience, this time $41 and this is what I got! Won’t be back, very disappointed, there should be someone that checks the work.
Took my car here for the first time and they took excellent care of me. They had a representative that helped answer my questions about the service then upon entry into the wash had two techs washing my car while it entered the track/tunnel. After they directed me to another area where they hand dried my car and then washed my tires. Very satisfied with the wash and attention to detail. I will definitely be back.

The car wash it self was great but it was really the customer service skills that stood out. You feel like you are leaving your car in capable hands. This was my first experience here and I can not wait to come back.
