- Reviews:When Dollar General first opened, it was always organized, and the shelves were stocked. Now, the store shelves are always empty. One of their employees had the nerve to be following me around, the store, like it were something to actually steal. Dollar General, your employees should be focusing on stocking your shelves, not offending your customers. When I asked him if he worked there, he tried to deny it. Why else would he be pretending to shop in every aisle I was in. Please clean up your stores and stock the shelves. ThanksBy sadie Weed (a week ago)Every time I come into this store it is a complete disaster. There are rolltainers blocking every aisle and boxes and product all over the floors. I always see the employees outside smoking instead of working inside the store. Maybe if they spent more time on stocking selves and less time smoking the aisles wouldn’t be blocked and the store would be easily shopped. And recovery is non existent. With the blocked aisles the store isn’t even accessible to anyone in a wheelchair, and pushing a cart is difficult. You gotta do better Dollar General.By Nicole Contreras (a year ago)A disaster !!! So let me explain my experience!!! I walked in the store trying to return some bottles . While waiting on the cashier I experienced said cashier complaining about the money she received from a COSTUMER, yes , you heard right a customer!!! The customer had bought some laundry detergent and paid with a $50 bill . She asked the customer rudely if she had a smaller bill , customer replied with a no . Then she proceeded with telling the customer that when she goes to the bank she needs to ask for smaller bills !! I really did bite my tongue to not say anything, because I know that this conversation would have escalated to very bad extremes. This has been the rudest cashier I have experienced in my 40 years of being on this earth !! She was very rude and degrading to this Hispanic lady for NO and I mean NO reason once so ever !!! You are a cashier !!! You take the money , regardless if it is a $50, $100, or Pennie’s !!! I WILL CONTACT COOPERATE ABOUT THIS !!! this incident happened on 12/03/2022 at estimated 2:20 pm . After being way over charger…I then had the cops called on me for asking for the ladies name who really hates me for whatever reason and the want return the expired food
Understaffed like all dollar general locations but the staff is very nice.
The parking lot is full of trash and cigarette butts. Their shelves are empty, yet there’s product in the aisles that makes it hard to move around. The customer service is on point though. Their friendly and helpful
I just needed a water bowl to-go for my German Shepherd while we waited for the Vet. Lucky me! I got 2 for a buck!
